Great one folks.! But in my org, I cant find the "Pardot Reports" tab in the header,like the one seen in your video. How can I get that tab.? Please suggest. Ijust have the "Reports" tab,that leads to the Salesforce reports,not the Pardot tab.
Hey Anindita, there are a couple reasons you might not be able to see that tab. We have a video course that walks through Pardot implementation that would help you make sure the system is set up correctly: academy.rotive.io/courses/diy-pardot-implementation-course-marketing-cloud-account-engagement Possible Causes: 1. You don't have the permission set (Sales Cloud User or Service Cloud User or CRM User) 2. Pardot Lightning App is not installed. Refer to the course. 3. That Tab is hidden from your profile. Got to Setup > Profiles > Edit your profile and scroll down to the Tab section. You can set tabs as hidden, off, or visible. Change the tab to visible.
