This video was amazing! The last time I worked with SalesForce was in 2018. The new company I'm currently interviewing with just started using the system so that's another leg up for my prospects.
Nick, you have greatly updated my knowledge from the changes made within the past 4-5 years. I look forward to watching more tutorials. If I get the job or have an opportunity in the followup interview thank you note, I'll be sure to forward them your information. Thank you so much!!

Excellent video! Very clear and succinct. I have never seen Salesforce before and had no clue what kind of company it was, and now, thanks to your video, I feel like I could walk into any job and begin using it. Thank you!
Incidentally, it looks like a great product! I have worked several jobs where we tried to use Excel to capture sales lead info and it was a clunky and clumsy way to capture this process, to say the least. Salesforce looks like they have captured the entire sales process perfectly.

Thanks! Your video is a must-have for anyone who wants to work with Salesforce. But I had to switch to another CRM anyway, because Salesforce is too cumbersome and has a high price, so it's not an option for small businesses. I switched to Flowlu and really enjoy that everything is highly customizable and you can automate not only CRM, but also invoicing. And I like the fact that I don't need 1-hour guides to work with Flowlu, everything is user-friendly.
