This is a great resource, thank you! The one issue I have, however, run into is that when I upload two 1:1 ratio images in the 2 column format, one image uploads slightly larger than the other. Why would this occur with two equal-sized images and how can I fix this issue? Thank you in advance.
I think it's because she selected "Opportunity" as a related object. The Salesforce Documentation says it the object selected needs to be either "Lead" "Contact" or "None".
Can we use the template built under salesforce template builder in Pardot now? I understand the presenter in the video says its not possible, possibly after the update. Since the video is 2 years old, I'm wondering whether that update/functionality exists?

I want to create a survey campaign but can't find a way to include Likert scale into pardot forms and then include the form into the email template so users can fill the form inside the email itself rather than clicking a link and go to a different webpage.
Hi Aditya, sorry we just only now noticed your comment. Unfortunately, you can not really host a form inside of the email template, but you can make a clickable button to take them to the form (to the Pardot Landing page, for example). Hope this helps.

Hi there, you could attact CSS style sheet to your Salesforce or MCAE Files (depending on which email builder are you using) and load the custom font from there. BUT it needs to be tested, and for various reasons Prospects browser might be blocking or not supporting it. So I would discourage this, simply for the time, maintenance and unpredictability factors.
Make sure these lists appear in your Salesforce CRM and are available for the type of email you are sending. Are you trying to send email to the Test List? - Then You need to select "Test List" type when you are creating a List.

For anyone running into issues adding the Email Template within Email Content, you have to select "Lead" or "Contact" as the Related Entity Type.

Make sure all Email related objects and permissions are available to your profile.
