Jitne entry exit points jyada banenge utna easily city se entry aur exit kar payenge. Ideally they should have done mass land pooling around Kharadi and nearby areas.
If our grand children can use this ring road then also we are lucky. In 1990 my grandfather bought a land as a new alternate highway was proposed in then Bihar now jharkhand.. He died, my father retired, I have now settled in Pune, another alternative highway has been constructed by Jharkhand government and we are still hoping some time once the highway construction complete we might be able to open some business.
Baki sare bade cities me govt khud land acquire karke roads bana rahi hai. Jab tak state govt Pune me roads liye yearly budget allocate nahi karegi tab tak issues aise hi chalte rhenge. There are many roads in Pune which are stuck for decades now. So until there is road connectivity to project, better not to invest even if its very lucrative deal.
Nicely explained. Please make a video on how to analyse the PMC, PCMC DP plan, and how they are implemented, and its history. It will be helpful for all as the majority doesn't understand the dp plan. Also for rera, how to go through the Maharerar site.

If the private land owners decide to grow sugar cane for next 100 years, the buyer of all these projects must wait. Same thing happened with IVY estate.and case is going on in respective courts for Decades.
One main detail is missing in video. There is road being constructed from the backside of talera Ford till Kohinoor project . The work in going on with adequate pace.
