    Please make a video to discuss the rental yield of different areas this will be super helpful for people trying to invest for rental income.
    Are there any Plot projects going on where FSI is not frozen by the developer? In NandedCity, the Rhythem project has plots, but FSI is frozen to 1. Any future appreciation in FSI will be owned by the developer(NandedCity) and not by the plot owner. Such freezing of FSI will not be beneficial for owners in the long run.

    Thank u Sir, u r doing great job by answering many such important questions for all the nearby residents. Sir, there are many good legal societies around this wagheshwar temple and lohegaon road.
    I stay in Rohan Abhilasha since last more than 4 years and I genuinely feel that, it's one of the best societies nearby entire localities in wagholi area.
    The flats, infrastructure, Amenities, water provision are super awesome to stay here and feel the nature 😊😊... Five out of five stars from me and my family for this project and the builder is still constructing more and more subsequent societies nearby same project.
    Very safe and enthusiastic society

      Yes true, its one of the best project in Wagholi where no issues of water, no issues of electricity and well maintained society in wagholi. As basic needs of water and electricity are 24/7 there which biggest issues of Wagholi but never found in the Rohan Abhilasha... Flats are getting on rented very quickly and on demand society for living there with beautiful amenities and fresh air... So would prefer this is the best project in Wagholi.

      One of the best society 24/7 Water supply, Electricity, All cultural events are happening with great enthusiasm. Amenities are very classic, commiitte members follow all rules and regulations, specius flat .I have been staying here from last 4 years very happily.

    Hi Team, I have very important question, as per the new design of flat we have already covered balcony from the top with slab as per to maintain the privacy, but in agreement they mention it as open balcony only we don't know why , but we have a question that can we put the aluminium sliding structure to it to close it whenever we want so that we can avoid noise from outside and we can open it whenever we want to enjoy the view? Is that Allowed if yes when we can install it? After possession? After OC? After CC? Can u tell?

    Hello sir I have a flat in Kalyan west dist. Thane
    Building is around 20 yrs old but society is not formed. Now builder has got permission from KDMC (municipality) but RERA number is yet not applied by builder. Now he is asking us to provide us possession as he wants to start demolition. We have asked him to get RERA first then will do registration at government office and then only possesion/ demolition will be allowed by us. We are 6-7 members who had not given possession and others who had given it getting rent as decided. Is there any alternate way to have win win situation for both ?

    Hi, i think india has the worst concept of society system, whereas in other countries this society system doesnt exist. Actually the developer who build the construct should take care of tenant and maintenance and charge the same amount of wat we are paying as society maintenance legally and to bide by the laws that buidling will be maintain properly and all tenant will be taken care.
    On other hand society concept in india has mostly corrupt people involve and make situation worst. Why tenant will take hassle of weekly or monthly society meeting although being an owner.
    If anyone can suggest to authorities to stop this society system in india

    I purchased a flat with Godrej Properties and got the loan sanctioned in March 2021. BHFL helped in my application for PMAY and I received my application ID in April 2021. The Last update on my CLSS MIG I application was in May 2021, since then it has been stuck at stage 3 and there has been no update on the application until today(May 2023). I have sent multiple emails to the concerned authorities and raised grievances, and every time I have received feedback that is generic and does not contain any specific solution.
    Can you please shed some light on what is happening with PMAY subsidies?

      Stuck on stage 3 since May 2021
      I did got a call from concerned department stating the government hasnt rolled out funds since 2021, thus we have not received subsidies
      Told everybody from this time is on the same boat
      No timelines are given
