- Happy Thursday! Let's kick it together to get your cardio in today! No equipment needed!
I am so excited to go through these movements with you guys today and get your heart rate up, tone your legs, control your core, and work intensely! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds during this workout for the entire workout so I need you to crank it up and let's get to work! We are working in superset style for 3 rounds of each exercise and I know you can crush this! Let's work hard together!

Wow, this was fun & challenging! Did this instead of the 30 min jump-rope cardio that posted on Saturday. I can modify the moves in this workout as my knees are a bit sore. Getting better at listening to my body. I am so grateful for this channel and this team. Thank you everyone!!! 😅

I love the kickboxing workouts!! It gets your heart rate up without it feeling like you are doing just heavy cardio moves the entire time!
Really enjoyed this workout. Worked up a nice sweat and feel good afterwards. As always Sydney is great, motivating and positive. I've lost nearly 3 stone and a big part of that is having Sydney as my PT.
I'm following the IGNITE program but like to add a cardio workout on Sunday prior to Sydney's Sunday stretch. This cardio kickboxing workout was so much fun I did not want it to end. Leave it to Sydney to end with a burpee move! Got my sweat on...now ready for my stretch.
This started off fairly easy. Started off Kind of discouraged bc I wanted a workout that would get my heart rate super high, like HIIT. BUT....By the end I could barely finish!! Trust me, keep going. Its a workout worth your effort and time!
I can say that this looks like a real cardio kickboxing workout unlike other videos that claim to be! I'm gonna give this one a try :)

Sydney what the heck?! That was 😍 🤩 if you are looking for a good sweaty workout this is it on a silver platter! My fingers were sweating just be careful if you're over thirty. I got too excited doing the advanced movements up until circuit 5. I didn't tap down on the double kicks and did something to my back lol. I'll be fine happens all the time it just sucks but just make sure you're really warmed up and don't overdo it too much even though you know you can.
You are an inspiration...love love...all the way from india...did 90percent of this workout...( Because of a frozen shoulder)... but felt AMAZING ♥️
A little mobility 4 ur shoulder can go a long way. Consider doing limited arm circles to lubricate the shoulder before u start any exercise. Be safe

Was a day off for the Strong program but I did this cardio and it flew by!
I crushed this yesterday ! This is the second time I’ve attempted this particular exercise! I really like it! I think my lower body is stronger as I find that, although hard going, I can keep up relatively well. My calves are a bit sore today but I’ve saved this exercise! Thank you Sydney, I always feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of your workouts 🙏🏾

I agree I’m doing a workout plan for 2 weeks and it said 30-60 minutes of cardio everyday I did 20 burpees one time and I could barley walk the next day
