Let's rock this upper body workout! I am using 5lb, 8lb, and 10lb, dumbbells today but as always grab a set of weights that suit you! Don't be afraid to challenge yourself with those heavier weights-you are READY! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds in our arm strength movements and we are not repeating any movements! We will complete 1 round of each exercise so give it your all from the start!

@@hindboualala5405 check out "all time greats" playlist on her TH-cam channel. She's updating it as the days goes by, and if you want them in advance, you can buy calender on royal change website. This month she's not updating it as much on Instagram as her previous programs, but her TH-cam playlist is up-to-date.

Coming in late to the Royal Change family, I never got to see vintage Sydney. It's been a joy to do these older workouts and see her evolution. I was having some shoulder pain today, but I was able to work around it and push myself where I could. Great workout as always.
I love coming back to these older Sydney videos. Seeing where she came from to where she is now always inspires me to keep going after my goals. No shoulder pain today. Just straight lifting. Loved the workout as usual.

I think this is my favourite Sydney upper body workout. I like that it has all the muscle groups once over, and then the moves where they double up. It's a fun variety and the day after I can hardly lift my arms. Everything hurts - that's the sign of a good workout! 💪

This is the most insane and effective upper body strength work out I’ve ever done. As a mom of 2 with little time to exercise, this is PERFECT.
Did this workout today. I am a beginner and 50 pounds overweight. I used 2 kg dumbells and completed the workout. Next time I am going to try with 3 kg dumbbell. Loved it.
This workout again in 2021 I've definitely grown in strength!!! I think the first time I did this workout I used 5's 10's and 15's only. Today it was 10's, 15's, 20's the whole way through!!! Feeling great! Short and Spicy and now on to the rest of my day!!! Way to work squad!!! 💪🏽💪🏽

You're right, this workout flies by! If anyone out there has any suggestions as to anything that can help with painful hand and wrist joints while working out, I'd love to hear. My muscles are always willing, but my hands say no-no to push-ups and even holding dumbbells sometimes. Thanks Sydney, great workout as always.
