My gym has reopened, but I continue to do your workouts nearly every day because of variety like this one. You and Yoga With Adrien have been my pandemic saviors. Your July 4th plyo workout from 2 years ago still is my all time favorite. My only complaint with nearly all online workouts is the music. But that's the old man coming through and a subject for another time.
Glad my sister introduced me to Sydney’s workouts. She has been a saving grace for me as well during this pandemic. I am so happy to see other people that are around my age that love working out as much as I do. I’m 55.
Nothing to do with age my man, I'm in my twenties and I can't stand workouts with blaring EDM where either you can't hear the instructor or they don't even give vocal cues. Sydney's are the exception though! I've gotten used to her music and it's not obnoxiously loud. Plus, I'd put up with any music for her workouts! I hope to keep up with fitness as you are as time goes on. You're killing it !

I quit smoking on Monday this week just gone and I have to say doing Sydneys workouts has definitely been a major factor in keeping me going. Today doing this I had a higher level of energy, not as out of breath etc and it was a nice push at the end of a challenging week. Thanks for keeping me going x

Sorry Sydney I am not a fan of Kickboxing but did it because it was you. I was very uncoordinated and my knee was bothering me with my Osteoarthritis. I should have listened to you when you said no shame in modifying.

These workouts are therapeutic. I just recently applied to teachers college and have been under a bit of stress waiting to hear back. The high intensity of these workouts are putting my mind ease, which is needed and helps lower my everyday stress.

sometimes i get discouraged because I'm behind on these challenges. between two separate ankle injuries n other stuff, remaining consistent is tough. But no matter how long injuries take me out, I always feel motivated to come back because of ssydney

Gemma, try filling up a big cup at the beginning of the day and just make sure it has water in it all day long! I got a Yeti for a gift and that's what I do, u won't believe how much water you can drink that way!!!

Love the Saturday’s when we go cardio hard with optional light weights! This really helps me because most days I have to go to my gym for access to heavier weights!
