Hmmm, I was told by a trainer to ‘USE MY HEELS (to support my weight) that’s what God gave them to you for!” I only wear Birkenstocks (sandals and closed toe), so I walk more flat footed as well. Love all the exercises, except I may pass on the walking on my forefoot. 😁
We have tried doing all different things with the sound. Different computers/ipads etc have different speakers. Can you try to turn your device down? We will keep trying!
You have control of the volume on your device. If turning the volume down doesn't help, if you can try listening on a different device as sound varies by speaker and the configuration. ✌🏻

That's fine! It's hard to get used to it if you have never done it so that is totally up to you if you wanted to try it!

Turn your volume down or it could be your mic. Sound on my iPad vs laptop varies a good bit.
