When you see the icon "This video contains paid promotion", that means Rocky Mountain ATV MC provided these pants and jacket to me free of charge, but they have had no editorial input on this review.
I've worn the MSR Xplorer Jacket and Pants for thousands of miles while I've scouted, rode, and re-rode every possible trail for the eveRide loop, along with several rallies in St. George. Big vents in excellent locations kept me cool up to about 85 degrees, and when they're zipped up this combo keeps me warm and dry down to about 35 degrees. They have handled everything I have thrown at them including crashes, flash floods, heat, and washing machine abuse! These seem to sell out quickly so grab them up while they're still in stock!

This gear is incredibly solid. I've ridden it from Cabo to Northern Canada and it's held up amazingly!
Thanks for the shout out ;)
How do you like the hip armor? I heard that the hip armor could be larger but I guess that could also depend on human size. Thanks!
I’ve been waiting for almost a year for the Xplorer jacket and pants to come back in stock.
Thanks for the review Mr & Mrs Everide!

Great video, great to see you both!
Great review, awesome modeling Jess!
I set an alert on the jacket and pants when they'd be back in stock and I'm glad that I did! Just got my set this week, Haven't had the opportunity to try them on the bike yet but they both seem to be well constructed and feel substantial. Zippers and snaps feel solid too. Every review of the Xplorer gear that I've heard says that it's punching above its weight. Looking forward to giving them a full shakedown soon!
Enjoyed the review. Your wife is funny and really sweet. She should appear in more of your videos.
Jess makes a great model! I really like the way the jacket is made.
love my set. I got it in the first batch MSR released last year, and i can say Im super stoked on the fit and feel and protection of this gear.
I just heard that they addressed one of the biggest issues with the jacket, which was the arm vent zippers, great job listening to your customers RMATV!
Its hard to find gear that fits me well, and this fits me great! the only issue for me is the neck opening, it does feel a bit too large for me . I guess a tad too large is better than a tad too small though, so overall, this is prob the best deal for ADV/dual sport gear imo
Thank you for that review! I've been looking at the Voyager because of the price, but holding back even on it because of the lack of some vents. It sounds like the quality and wearability is certinaly in the MSR Xplorer. Either are better protection than the hodge-podge I wear and probably worth it if I keep ramping up the miles. I just need to work on convincing my wallet. :)
Definitely the best money you can buy even more than that!
Well done MSR👍
Just got Klim Carlsbad because Xplorer is always sold out but got email yesterday and finally getting some today.
Thanks for the video and thoughts
That does look really solid. 10,000 eveRide miles says a lot.
Great review!
Nice video review Tyler.
so cool to see Jess modeling! 😊
I bought the jacket based on Ben’s review. Love it
Much Love!!! 🤟
She makes the best funeral potatoes in all of Saint George.
How is the water/snow proofing, I don't remember if you said it in the video? I do wish they came in whiter color than black or blue. I wear a water blater backpack, would the building in blater pack mess with that? Great video, It's nice to have TH-cam reviewers you can trust.
I use the Sedici Avventura, the pants are my primary dirt bike pants, they are that comfy. Used the gear in -18F all the way to 102F held up great, kept me cool and warm. For $500 for both, they do really well.
i love that terrain i miss Utha
Do you like this suit better than the ARC Battleborn suit? I've done about 20,000 hard miles in my Battleborn gear and it's just about toast
The model makes the show!
Watched this video right when you posted this video...Immediately ordered both. Got here in Michigan in less than 2 days..NICE! Just tried on the jacket. One thing though...@8:50 in this video the zipper on the inside for arm IS VERY STIFF. Not sure I'm going to keep the jacket because of that. Really surprised at this. It's very restrictive. Does this loosen up?
Well now I want that now. Typical Everide makes me want to buy more stuff lol
I'm coming on 24000 miles I bought the grey that was a slight mistake there are two small smudges from road grime otherwise incredible gear
good one
Damn, this suit looks legit AF
You're a lucky man.
Just a side comment, are you still riding the Black Widow much? I have to admit I have not been following as much as I used to. Have to change my ways, I guess.
