    Great job! Definitely seeing some changes on your face. Only suggestion which I am sure you are aware is to follow up with your doctor for lab works. All this fat burning may affect the kidneys at time. I am definitely rooting for you❤️

    Congrats on losing 8kg!💜 Changing lifestyles can be difficult but not impossible. You've done a great job, and I'm sending good thoughts to you for your continued success. The loss is absolutely showing in your face and upper body as well. Back in June 2017 I started a weight loss journey and lost 110 lbs. I'll say that sometimes it gets tough but keep going because it is well worth it to reach your goal, and continue on to maintenance.

    I’ll try the meat n diary omission. I wasn’t to lose weight too but feeling helpless. All diet plans I’ve seen so far contains food either too expensive or not readily available in Ghana

    Wow, this is nice, somewhat the push i need to continue my weightloss/ fitness journey aswell💪🏾
    I'd like to know, while doing your intermittent fastings, did you notice any irregularities with your periods cos i hear intermittent fastings can cause a drop in estrogen levels for women that can lead to hormonal imbalance/delayed periods
    any effects on that area?

      I eat anywhere between 4pm-5pm. But latest 6pm. Nowadays, I try to eat before 6 pm and it has been working for me.
