Clean install and walk through brotha! You’re starting to sound like me explaining things in the video 🤣🤣 we all make mistakes installing mods but at least this one was an easy fix ✊🏽
Honestly, in the world of sub $300 preventative mods, this is a big one for the B58. It's up there with turbo inlet, PCV, and oil filter shear in terms of reported failures on stock vehicles. Having said that, I ran JB4 map 3 for approx. 30k miles without any of these mods and had no issues. 🤷🏼♂️ That honestly was maybe a tad risky TBH. If this were a $500+ upgrade I'd say stop and think about it. But you can upgrade your oil filter to steel, grab a Ross Racing PCV, and replace your turbo inlet and charge pipe ALL for under $1k and you'll have the peace of mind knowing you beefed up the most failure prone components in your engine bay. Now that I am actually flashing my ECU and closing on 65k miles I have decided to forgo any MAPs or mods which increase power until I have replaced all of these components.
I'm glad I found y'all Squad on here. I'm learning so much!
Glad to hear it! Thanks for tuning in bro! 🙏🏼
One of the best mods you can do on preventing failure and limp mode. 💯🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Definitely, now I have that peace of mind 👌🏼
not really needed on a stock turbo b58 though

Thanks brotha learned from the best 🐐
Great install vid man! I broke the same clamp when I installed my cps LOL. Luckily had a spare 😅. The blade of grass between the finger sound 😂
The worst 🤣 🥲. Literally one of the last things you’re doing and bam lol
hey, what is the screw on there next to the sensor location? are you supposed to tighten it? or is something supposed to go there?
What timestamp?
How to change water pump in what I am looking for. I don’t trust sealers anymore
Maybe in the future
Would you say it's extra to install vrsf charge pipe on a 2019 stock x3 m40i?
Yeah don’t really need it

What does it do in terms of horsepower
Nothing really. Just to make charge pipe more reliable pushing more power. Adds a little bit of more turbo noise
Does it feel any different than the stock one?
No. May increase the turbo noise a little bit but it’s nothing noticeable
Too much sauce on the bolt
🤣🤣 yup. Adjusting the coupler is most important as opposed to tightening the clamp too much
