I consume all of those foods, every day, with the exception of green tea, can't stand the stuff, & I don't eat prepared chocolate instead substituting cacao (not to be confused with cocoa).
A no compromise approach to diet, no cigarettes, no alcohol, no drugs, & absolutely no jab. Weights, running/walking, cycling has worked so well for me that at 70 now I feel terrific.
Just this morning I totally dropped a very rude 30 y.o. in full lycra & cleats, on the latest & greatest $20,000 bike while riding in ordinary clothing, the 26 y.o. race bike that I use as my daily commuter. He disappeared within 2kms & I never saw him again.

Of those I know, & whom I told on deaf ears, from many decades ago & who thought me a health nutter, perhaps half are dead & the remainder are in such pitiful condition, all those pills, the mobility walkers, the amputations etc. I can think of only 4, who got it & are happy, healthy, & doing at 70, 84, & 2 as 90 year olds.
Co-incidentally all were athletes in their younger days, all carry a strong family values perspective, & all have been reasonably successful in life.

I'm surprised. The necrovore diet seems to be soaring in popularity. There are doctors and nutritionists on TH-cam saying avoid all plants, seeds, nuts, legumes, grains, fruit and veg. And they claim health benefits, weight loss and remission of diseases.
I try aim for a whole food plant based diet, not only for health benefits, but for the animals, the environment and starving populations.
So I'm happy that there seems to be some sensible advice at last!

Yes to ginger… I’ve started drinking fresh ginger tea made by chopping up fresh ginger root ( I add fresh lime juice too)…boiling it up for about 20 minutes and then letting it cool down before straining it.
I started doing this because a very healthy friend recommended it against colds and other illnesses. After drinking a cup of this daily for a week I discovered that my acid reflux and heart burn that had been causing me problems for the last two years was about 90% resolved. No more waking up middle of the night with acid in my throat! I was shocked… why have I never heard about this before? I’ve been taking this fresh ginger tea daily for two months now and it manages my acid reflux… and side note.. we have not been sick at all this winter even though we’ve been exposed to a lot of very sick people! I love this ginger tea… it packs a punch but the health results for me have been direct…I think I’m going to be making and drinking this stuff for a long time to come 😊

Peoples in the far north didn't have fresh fruits and vegetables for many months. They relied on animal protein sources to get through winter. But nature brings fresh berries and baby greens in the early spring. Nature knows how to take care of us! And of course, in North America, we had cranberries in the fall to rev up our immunity for winter, and the cranberry's high acidity helped digest the high animal proteins.

An excellent list and I especially like to use the gingers. My daily medicine are nettles which have many health benefits, including antioxidant properties, and are free [I grow my own]. I harvest young leaves and dry for winter, make tinctures and ointments, collect and store the seeds to add to yoghurt or soups - or whatever. I make garden fertiliser from them too, along with comfrey, dandelin and dock leaves. It would seem that the old wives tales as regards nettles have now been examined by ''the authorities'' and found to be true. Excellent for cleansing the blood, helping with menstrual problems, reducing blood pressure. However, I'd urge caution if taking blood thinners. For tea, I fill a tea ball with nettle, plantain and sometimes other dried leaves, some cinnamon ginger and turmeric and a touch of cayenne pepper. which is also a good blood thinner and re use to make a few cups during the day. I also add honey, sometimes lemon.

My number one antioxidant is beef. Number two antioxidant is eggs. That's it. That's my diet. the Carnivore diet for me for the past two years. All my health complaints have reversed and gone away. I'm 75 and don't care if I ever eat another plant or anything made from plants. There are essential amino acids and essential fats (both from animal products). There are no essential sugars, carbs, or fibers. I love this way of eating. It is so easy and very healthful for me.

First time in history along with the depopulation agenda suddenly plants are bad for you and meat is #1 What a bunch of hogwash. SMH globalists are taking away meat. Lol they contaminating it too. Good luck carnivores. You've been deceived

You do know that meats are loaded with growth hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. They are making animals market ready in shortest possible time.
Eggs also, not very healthy unless you get them from a trusted farmer, or if you have your own chickens.

Much too boring. Like living your life with only 5 pieces of music to listen to.
Humans have been omnivores for tens of thousands of years, just like our closest relative, chimpanzees.
I know carnivore can help lose weight and maybe help other conditions, but it isnt healthy over the long term.

    • @panamafred1
      @panamafred1 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@afritimm Au contraire. Eating the omnivore way may work for you and that's all good. But for me, I don't need variety. A filling meal of fatty beef leaves me completely satisfied. There are many, many carnivores who have eaten this way for many years. Not one of us has gotten scurvy; we get 100% nutrition from meat, eggs, butter, and salt. I'm going to go eat my delicious ribeye now. Peace.

Peppers/tomatoes. I cannot eat. I have RA I am very careful what I eat. And blackberries have less sugar than blueberries, and they are also an antioxidant. And don’t forget about lectins. We don’t want to eat those either or foods with them in it. Thank you very much for the info.
