@@Clayson000 But it ain't got no carbs. Why's it backfiring that much then? What's been done to the bike? I'm just trying to learn something here, that's why I'm asking.
Bikes made these days run a little lean right from the factory and when you go and put a full exhaust system on it makes it even worse, hence the backfiring on decel. Just means the fuel/air mixture ratio is not correct. Depending on the engine could be fine or could end up causing a problem down the road
@@endroo93 with the mt-07 fz-07 and the xsr 700 the engines come from the factory lean and when you put a free flowing exhaust on it it throws the air/fuel mixture off and build unburnt fuel in the camber until it has enough to ignite causing a backfire. most lean back fires happen when completely off the throttle
I got a full Akro exhaust and tune on my bike and it spit so many flames. Was the coolest shit but it’s so bad for the engine. Ended up installing block off plates and now it doesn’t spit flames. I sure do miss it though, so this is what I’ll watch to fill that void lol. Love your bike man.
@@jetstream454 Is Backfire Bad For A Motorcycle? A motorcycle backfire is inherently bad since unburnt fuel is detonating in a mistimed manner and mostly outside the engine. The loss of fuel results in loss of power and low mileage for the motorcycle. In addition, the fuel detonation causes overheating of the engine and the exhaust. I just copied that from google but was faster than typing it out. For sure read into it if you like that kinda stuff, it’s interesting in my opinion at least. :)
@@mindfreaks46 its not back firing, its just unburnt fuel in the exhaust. a backfire would be flames coming out the intake, hence back fire, firing backwards through the engine.

Do you have a speed limit on that rode? because based on the sound your bike is making, you're not doing a full wide throttle. That machine is begging you for more..

bro wtf, get your facts straight, it's pretty common that bikes "pop and bang" on the decel, the upgraded exhaust allows more air flow therefore increasing horsepower...
@@franciscoguilherme6593 Pops and bangs on decel are not normal. That happens when you your bike is too rich on decel and unburned fuel explodes when it hits your hot header pipes. Some people like this because they think its cool but its still a problem with the FI fueling tables...unless you are using this as turbo charger, off throttle spool like old rally cars. They used to run rich on decel so the explosions in the turbo exhaust manifold would keep the turbo spooled up off power.
Hi buddy, thank you for your concern but calling me stupid is not very kind :( I get the pops by blipping the throttle a bit. When I drive ''normal'' it does not ''pop'' or ''BANG''.
Wat een satisfying filmpje 🤤🔥
Hahaha vond ik nou ook!
Feeling the Scorpion "bite"

dream bike, hopefully i can get mine to spit flames and make pops when i get one eventually
