I came back to yoga with this exercise after more than a month of healing from my ACL injury and let me just say it's the best 15 minutes I've had since my knee was torn! Though my flexibility is almost completely gone since my heels weren't even close to the ground doing downward facing dog, it felt amazing to no longer be stagnant and in pain! Thank you Juliana and Mark
I'm also post-op from ACL reconstruction ! Juliana and Mark's videos have been so helpful during the recovery process, they're the best !

This is the first time I've commented on one of your videos, but I have been doing yoga for years from your channel. I had a hamstring strain that forced me to stop for a few months and I can't accurately express the joy it gave me to start again with this video.
