I cannot thank you guys enough for showing me this cool trick to leveling up. Up until now, I had completely avoided side and story missions because my initial impression was that they wouldn't get me anywhere. Boy was I wrong. All that time I guess I was shooting at random people on the streets for nothing! Who would have thought I could level up so quickly by progressing through the game? Astounding! Keep up the great work. Maybe you could put up a video about how to level up in Call of Duty. All I've been doing is watching the menu screen and humming along to the main menu music... is there a better way to level up for that game as well? I've been utterly stumped...

+Jonathan Pontel it's because most people decide not to do side missions... it's not their fault people like you expect some kind of glitch because they don't want to actually play the game.
thank you! i was stuck last night at lvl 8 cleared all the encounters arround my lvl and no side missions! i did not know you will get them at the safe houses, now i know what to do tonite ;)
actually the fastest is to have some friends take you into a lvl 30 area and do all the side missions there then complete the game. the time your in the lvl 30 zone should rocket you to 25 or higher then complete your missions as normal this should get ya to 30 within 3 to 5 hours.
People need a 7min video to tell them to do missions? I mean really... the exp rewards are listed directly under the missions on the map. Main/story missions got me to 28(plus whatever I did along the way and maxing out security) then few side missions made up the diff. PS: Hard mode kill exp is much higher. More enemies, higher ranks, and if your not 30, higher levels.
I do all of the missions on hard mode to savor the game and to get better gear. Also normal mode is so easy I could almost fall asleep while playing it.
I'm having an issue. What is it that goes in the section between the two skills? If you're playing ps4 then the two skills would be L1 and R1. There's a rectangle in between those and I thought it was a place for talents but nothing shows up for me no matter what I equip. I'm level 15 and I've upgraded all the sections of the base over halfway. Am I missing something?

bro I'm a father of 2 ... a 1 year old and a 10 year old in your spare time especially on days off trust me you'll love it , I'm an old school gamer who was iffy about this game .. honestly I played it and absolutely loved it , so much action and strategy involved.... in short get it man , it's a great way to spend YOUR free time extremely fun

You just need to complete majority of the missions in the top part of the map. Most missions (side and main) give XP of about 1-250k

it's not In the tech wing, it's in the security wing and is called canine unit for seeing all collectibles on the map
My fastest way to level up: get others to carry you through tougher missions

I ran level 30 missions with my two buddies that were 30 while I was 9. I kept getting killed but I shot up to level 15 right away
Easiest way: go to main missions that have min levels 2+ of yours, matchmake, profit

I've noticed during the first encounter, the high-powered weapon was killing the enemies, very quickly.
the only plus to playing on hard is the equipment rewards which are decent
While taking out the lieutenant take out the red and purple bars first then kill the yellow bars.

That is for your Signature Skill. Each wing has an upgrade that costs 1,000 supplies. That unlocks those skills.

I found a nice chest piece and it gives me 15% more xp every time I kill enemies
Moral of the story: Get a mouse🐁 & keyboard ⌨️ for your gaming system.
You do missions and side quests... Thats all you do to level up, not rocket science, play with friends to have a lot of fun
