    I can certainly feel my hamstrings after all those RDLs yesterday...and quads too after all the lunges! What a great start to our pyramids series! And upper body today...it’s going to be intense...and we have lots of press ups to look forward to at the end! Have a great workout everyone! Matthew

      Those RDLs yesterday were much harder than I anticipated especially in combination with all the squats and lunges... today's workout looks just as challenging! Good luck Matthew!

    Caroline, I wanted to thank you for last week's Calisthenics. I really enjoyed using only my body weight and I honestly found each workout to be quite challenging. When I started the Pyramid series today I felt more controlled and all around my body felt great. Once again, thank you for your workouts and the encouragement you bring to so many.

    31 minutes of fantastic exercises! Most challenging was the rear delt rows and shoulder crushers. The finisher fatigued muscles even further. My husband joined me for the first time today and really liked your format.

    OH MY GOD, I could never do diamond push-ups before, but here I was today and did them without thinking... and did 10 reps. That finisher was phenomenal!

    This was amazing - loving the Pyramid series just as much as the Beastmode!
    My legs were aching this morning. I didn't think I would be able to complete the ARM workout as I could barely bend down but after a stretch, I was good to go and killed this Shoulders & Arms w/out. Definitely looking forward to Glue day tomorrow - my whole body will be on FIRE by the end of the week. Looking forward to the burn! Thank you again Caroline for all your hard work and dedication to our ever growing & lovely community. We will be forever indebted to you!!!

    Oh my oh my, lower body is sore, upper body is sore! By Friday my whole body will be sore. This is not a joke. I used 2/7.5kg and 5kg dumbbells. I was in the end shaking. Phew 😮‍💨. Caroline, you know how to create effective and seriously challenging workouts. And oh I love when Caroline gets challenged with her own workouts and smiles 😊! Sweet ❤️

    Thank you, Caroline. I’m loving everything about Pyramid:) Knowing this is lots of reps so I went easy on dumbbells 4kg each and still felt the burn with the slow pace of movements. Enjoy everyone 🌷

    i went running 5 hours after yesterday's workout and i felt lighter on my feet and more powerful. My legs felt stronger!!! A little achy today but look forward to my upper body workout!! Thank you Caroline!

    I think we are doing upper body pyramids for the first time!!! I am so looking forward to do this in the evening.. I thoroughly enjoyed leg workout yesterday..Even though it was intense I was so happy doing it.. Caroline salute to your creativity..     More hills to climb today this time using 12.5kg DBs for the Press and 10kg DBs for all the rest. The Delts get destroyed from all angles, the Triceps get terminated and the Biceps bulge. A major session where focus, determination and grit will get you through. This one gets a major ❤ from me. 😁

      Hi Anthony...I loved this too and I didn’t used to be such a fan of upper body workouts! Your weights, as always, are super impressive! I used 8 kg throughout which was fine but challenging! I enjoyed it! I did the mountain climber cardio add on which I loved...a perfect way to finish off! Hope you are having a great day...it’s nice and sunny here so Rachel and I have just been for a short walk and are now having a cup of tea! See you for glutes tomorrow...I’m expecting it to burn!       @@matthewalmond4688 Afternoon Matthew, yea it was good session as was leg yesterday, really feel the effect of those RDLs. I'm already feeling todays. Good weight Matthew, same as Caroline, impressive, that was not easy, I always think Delts and Arms have a max weight limit to keep good form and avoid injury. Mines about 12.5kg but with pyramids I always drop to 10kgs as they are such burners. Hope you had a great walk and see you tomorrow 👊 😊

    Thanks Caroline! I pushed myself hard again today. That was a tough one for sure but I can physically see how much stronger I am as well as feeling stronger. The push ups were really tough with wobbly arms!

    Loved this workout! I just continue to love pyramid training!!😍 Very relaxed throughout and throughly challenged. I was surprised I could hang on and keep doing the palm up curl hold and single curls on the beep. 👊🏻 My legs and glutes are so sore from yesterday and my arms and shoulder are sure to follow suit soon😉.     I’m so sore after leg day and Imagine my arms will be the same tomorrow 🎉. This is a brilliant series , definitely not talked about enough.     Happy Tuesday All!
    The plan was to do Calisthenics again, which I did yesterday, but upper body pyramid was calling. I wore 2lb wrist weights and used 15lbs and 10lbs weights. It was challenging but good. Followed by 10 minutes abs with weights. Loved it. Back to calisthenics for lower body and pyramid for full body on Friday. Thanks Caroline! Have a great day!

    All those skull crushers did a number on my triceps...by the end of the 60 seconds set, I was struggling to straighten my elbow and push the weights up. I had to lower my arms few times for the rest of the pyramid. It was brutal and I am very happy that I've done it! I will definitely feel my arms tomorrow, but this is normal when you work hard! Thanks, Caroline, for another awesome upper body workout!

    Nailed it. Loved it! I absolutely love pyramid workouts! Yesterday was intense but amazing! Today was even better! I love upper body trainings and this one especially! I'm so excited for tomorrow's workout!

    absolutely love the pyramid format and choice of workout moves here! I felt so strong as I was finally able to do skullcrushers, shoulder crushers, hammer curls and palms up curl hold with 5kg! which is a first for me!

    I’ve been doing your shorter workouts (the 15 to 20 min) ones that were uploaded last year, trying to do an upper body workout mostly every day for the past month so I can get my first push up on my knees in time for the end of the year.
    Anyway, I was due to do one of these upper body workouts today, saw that you had posted this and thought, huh, I’ll try it and I’ll probably give up 20 mins in.
    But I didn’t!!
    I’m so shocked and surprised that I wanted to and managed to finish the whole thing, even when I upped my weight for the first time from 2kg to 3kg).
    Thanks so much Caroline!! I’m going to try the next installment in the pyramid series tomorrow now.

    I just did leg workout. It was intense as usual I decided to do stretching routine after add on to ease my hamstring and quads .
    Now its upper body workout with so many press up and pushups .let's go ....enjoy your workout ...

      Hi Monica! What dumbbells did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms and great confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I used 0.5 kg dumbbells throughout and stopped midway as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the full lesson with 10 kg dumbbells.

      @@rupinjeremiah9589 Do whatever suits you.Gradually increase the weight and challenge yourself. Intially i used 2-3 kg dumbbells .Now i am using 5-6and some times 8 kg .As I am having problem with my thumb joint i avoid picking heavy dumbbells as it hurts later .As Caroline says it's you vs you. ... Consistency is the key

I am very thin and weak :-( I can do 6-7 bicep curls with 0.5 kg dumbbells and then my arms just give up. Can I try this lesson again without any weights at all? I am sorry to ask you a lot. As a man I want to build self worth and be independent. I tried my mom's dumbbells but I could not even move it from the ground. It takes me 6-10 trips to carry groceries while it takes mom only 1 trip 😟

    yesterday I killed my legs: 2,5h padel and 1st day of pyramid series.. I couldn’t get up this morning 😅 no add-s on.. its is important game tomorrow.. I would like to run for the ball 🎾 and lift the racket 🏸 easily

    👑👑👑 luxury treatment for them shoulder and arm muscles 👑👑👑as always at Caroline's👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I upgraded my weights from 6kg to 8kg for this whole workout (before I had my lighter weights standing by) oh yes of course those shoulder crushers made my triceps and pecks "scream" 🔥😅😁 pyramids are amazingly challenging on arms as well .     Just did the Day1 Leg day and I love it so much💪🏻 cannot complain on the format and repetitions cause it really hits and targets my Leg muscles. Lower body satisfied this morning👍🏻 and Im sure this upper body will be my fave too😊

    I absolutely enjoyed the leg workout yesterday. I really feel the burn with the RDL all the lunges ….And the finisher wouh ….As Caoline said after the workout and the optional Add-on Part i did feel well. Today upper body is and will always be one of my favorit day and I am looking forward to smash those Arms, shoulders etc… This pyramid series are intense and amazing. Thankyou for every everything Caroline…..Let us enjoyed this workout

    This was amazing! I felt all the muscles working.. The biceps holds were especially most painfull!
    Loved the rear delt move and got better with the lateral raises!
    As for yesterday, that was a very sweaty storry.. Unbelievably challenging.. I found most painful were the static lunges, not so much with the other lunge variations🤷🏻‍♀️..

    Hi again everyone , so the front raises and palms up curls were the real challengers for me with 8kg 😱oh my word! A rather large puddle formed on the floor while doing the rear felt rows. I used the add on for warm up and finished with weighted abs since I just couldn't do them yesterday. I had a blast today! Thank you so much Caoline, today's add on is a super warm up👌🏾

    The vibe the intro gives is inexpressible!     My arms, shoulders and back are sore from yesterday's workout , although it was leg day, but I feel sore in my upper body too, maybe because I lifted heavy weights on my shoulder yesterday and I didn't decide if I would do this workout today or postpone it to Thursday 🙈😓
