The good thing about your reviews is you show that almost every printer has the potential to be good if assembled and used correctly. The same cannot be said about all reviewers, which is why your channel is so good

Maybe if you want to improve you should make CR10 Max so it homes the bed and actually works.
It would be wonderful as well if you actually answered support requests so a quite expensive printer could actually be used.
It is absolutely unacceptable that there is no help available.
While the CR10S burns the control cards, the only problem free Creality printer is the Ender 3 Pro.

2021, May: Don't remember where I have seen it but was available for less than $500.
    2 QUESTIONS:
    - Is the controller board a 32 bit? or 8bit as on the previous Creality models?
    - where does it fall for noise level? not a value, but a comparison to other silent machines...
    THIS PRESENTATION!!!
To the point, no fluff, no stupid jokes, pacy, thorough, with injected experience...
I challenge anyone to match this level of presentation/review... I had seen another review which basically talked me out of this machine... after seeing this one, it is obvious the other presentation was made by one who lacked understanding and failed the machine rather than the other way'round.

In 2021, a few of the issues you had with your printer were not present on my CR-10 Max; the wiring across the X gantry does not sag below the print anymore, it was well above the nozzle, also the wiring out of the back on the Y axis was not short on mine, there were plenty of slack and I saw no reason for concern. HOWEVER, the aluminum extrusions on bottom were definitely not improved; I went ahead and did the fix you showed in your video prior to assembly. Thanks again!

I've followed your tips with the insulation cotton and the flower stick haha.
Could you maybe give me some tips (or make a cr10 max tutorial) on the best way to use this printer?

My only gripe is that with the new improvements over the Pro you now have to buy the max, which for most is WAAAY too big and sips far too much power. I wish they had a version that has those improvements, but is the same size as the Pro.

Any chance on a link of the files to the filament guide you showed in the video. I have found with my new max that it was way better to take the spool off the top rail and move it to the bench below and the filament guide would be perfect for this. By moving the spool below and off the top frame, it reduced the overall vibration in the machine greatly.
    Thanks Andy

Great Video with lots of Brilliant tips. was wandering if you would do a slicer video for the settings you used with different nozzles. I have just received the CR10 Max. I printed the elephant example great, but cant get my own models to stick to the bed. It almost seems as if the nozzle is too high and wont push the first layer into the build tack. I've been watching your videos for a while and seeing how you find solutions to problems without much effort, and then I ask myself, what prevents the engineers from finding these problems and fixing them the way you do? When you buy a product at such a high price you expect it to work properly without "necessary upgrades" BTW... I want to buy a new printer, around $ 500 maybe even mor ... Any recommendation? David Butcher If you going with the AC silicon heater then I would replace the aluminum heated bed with the custom cuted thick tempered glass. Any glass cutting store should be able to make you one glass sheet for cheap price. That would fixed any aluminum/temperature warping problem and you could have nice and flat huge tempered glass bed with AC silicon heated under it.

Nexi Tech What about the startup gcode - don’t you need to embed gcode to invoke the auto-bed leveling at the start of each print? I use PrusaSlicer.

I just purchased a CR10MAX and am having a problem with the bed heater. The bed heater turned off sometime during the print.
I just checked on my 6 hour print and the bed is at 21 degrees C ambient. Is the bed heater supposed to stay on for the full print time?
I don't know when it went off, it was sometime before 95% done. The Print is warped on the left side pealing up off the bed.
Have you seen a problem Like this?

Creality firmware sucks, yet they don’t fix the problems. I bought a Cr-10 max 2 months ago, even though I saw comments from more that a year ago complaining that the bed leveling was broken, I figured that they surely would have an update to address that by now. Nope! Same with the file name length bug. If you want fully functional machine, you are going to need to change to Marlin firmware. But Marlin firmware doesn’t’ have configuration files for the Max? Seems like this printer is not common enough that people (or maybe even Creality) have support for it. Maybe I will look at another printer from Creality when I see reviews that show the Creality have fixed their firmware!

This is a great video. Been specualting whether to by the Cr-10 or the max. I think the max. =) Quick question. I saw you printed with ABS filament. Do you print with or without the enclosure? Inquiring minds wants to know. =) haaaaaa...

Hi ! Thanks for your instructive video.
Does your noctua fan swap video on the CR-10 work for the MAX ?
If I'm right, the MAX is an extended+ version of the CR-10, right ?
Is the process the same ?
    Thanks ! :)
