They tried to make NAC require an RX because people were using it to treat Covid-19, they followed 12 patients in CCU get IV NAC 11 dc’d home and the study ended before an outcome on 12th pt was documented. For some reason they didn’t want anyone treating Covid before they were desperately ill and hospitalized and then they gave them a failed drug called Remdesivir. It seems to go beyond wanting to get a vaccine quickly approved.

I had a very weird exp with NAC. the first time I tried it I took 1200 mg and my arthritis pain disappeared as if I never had it. I felt years younger. It didn't last permanently but it was incredible. The second strange experience was when my back was in a severe pain state. I have a bad back that "goes out" regularly. I was incapacitated for two whole months I was beginning to lose hope. I decided to start taking NAC again after previously stopping it. Within hours the agony I was in for months completely disappeared! I had taken pain meds and done everything recommended and nothing helped until I took that nac. I know others have different experiences but for me this stuff is magic.

I never drank alcohol or smoked and ate what I thought was healthy but always had too much sugar. You are inspiring me to cutting off sugar, except for a tsp. of local honey. I would caution people don’t stay on it for long periods. No more than a few months at a time max for some. It is a mucolytic and can therefore strip the lung and gut mucus lining too much. Also some people have sulfur sensitivities. Just exercise caution and listen to your body. Just because it’s natural doesn’t mean it’s always totally harmless. I stayed on it too long and it messed me up a bit.

The bromelain is a protein digesting enzyme & I heard that NAC & bromelain together help with blood clotting from the C*VID shots. I did not get the shots but I was around a lot of people who did. NAC is water soluble. Omega 3 isn't. You NEED to fake fat soluble nutrients with additional fat. That little fat in the omega 3 supplement itself is not enough to activate your fat metabolism. But that is necessary to absorb Omega 3 fatty acids.
There are many people who wasted all their Omega 3 taking it on an empty stomach or with water.

I'm not someone who wakes up hungry so I don't eat for an hour or two after finishing it. If I'm consistent with this, I don't get much if any heart burn or other digestive upsets. One compelling side effect of NAC that could be a significant deal-breaker for some is its potential to dampen happiness or flatten one's mood. This phenomenon isn't just about feeling less joy; it could subtly shift how we perceive life's highs and lows, potentially stripping away the vibrancy from daily experiences. Imagine the irony of a supplement meant to support mental health inadvertently turning the world into a less colorful place, where even the peaks of happiness seem muted. This effect might resonate differently across individuals, with those who cherish emotional depth or rely on peak experiences for motivation finding it particularly challenging. It opens up a broader discussion on the balance between mental health benefits and the cost of emotional richness.

If you're really concerned with respiratory related issues like mucus & phlegm, sinusitis etc also look into Serrapeptase--a real steam engine to deter these conditions. Works to help lessen migraines as well. 🌹

@@RaechelleBennett782 Thanks, I have tried also that, did not work as expected. Tried various products. I do not have 24/7 problems, mainly when allergy seasons begin or I get like now flu or some other virrosis or bronchitis.
The best so far have been NAC and reishi (mostly using powdered version).

if you have "asthma" you need to deworm with fenbendazole or albendazole. asthma is caused by ascaris worms. take 2x400mg of albendazole twice daily with fat. then 12-14 days break and another 5 day cycle, best when coupled with ivermectin.

Useful video. Question, I've been taking 300mg in the morning and the same at night. How is that compared to taking 600 once a day? Any difference?

What about the cancer risk, that is mentioned around the web?😮

-It doesn't cause cancer, it *may* empower certain cancers if you have it. Someone else did a video on NAC and cancer. I forget his name.
-NAC-induced anhedonia is a very real thing. Don't take it for long periods of time. Anhedonia is like depression, but not literal depression. It isn't a fun time. I had it before. It took close to two weeks to get back to normal

I have been taking NAC for years, but lately, I have been skipping my supplementation because I would forget to take the NAC with meals. So hearing that it is best to take on an empty stomach may now make me remember to take it prior to my brunch, my first meal of two for the day. I also take Glutathione though, and am wondering if I need to if I take NAC? I take the Glutathione on an empty stomach before my brunch along with a probiotic and an enzyme formula. Supplementation is one of the most confusing things to understand. There are so many variables and one does not know what to mix with what. Please make a video on what vitamins/minerals go or clash with one another and when to take them. Thank you for your explanations.

Isn’t this the supplement that increases cancer tumors? Confused between NAC NR and NM?

It doesn’t increase cancer tumors - it protects cells- including cancer cells. That’s the theory Jane McClelland’s book offers, anyway. If you have cancer, avoid it.
