      I've been suffering and living with chemical sensitivity headaches for six or seven years now without being able to determine their root causes, or how to avoid them (other than constantly avoiding artificial odors in my day to day life). They trigger tension in the base of my rear neck, which leads to the headaches that can only be treated with hours laying down, or muscle relaxants (naproxen, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, nor aspirin make a dent in the pain). For reasons unrelated to these headaches I decided to incorporate liposomal glutathione to the three or four anti oxidants I already supplement with on a daily basis. To my surprise I realized about a week later that I had not had any headaches. I specifically realized it on an occasion where I had been exposed to an odor which had always caused me headaches in the past. I cannot wrap my head around the correlation between the glutathione and the dissipation of my headaches. I know that glutathione helps the body deal with free radicals and oxidation released by inflammation, but that doesn't help me figure it out. Can you connect these dots anywhere and see where the correlation may be? I feel that if I can figure out how these two things are related, I may be able to get to a deeper root cause. Thanks!

    I have a very large non cancerous tumor on my brain. I did some of my own research. I learned that B17 helps with cancer and tumors. When I went to my local health food store, the lady was like, “Nope the FDA removed B17 3 years ago”. That was 2 years ago. That’s the same time she taught me about NAC. I always say the creator of the universe gave us everything we need in Mother Earth. Our bodies weren’t designed to be able to metabolize all those poisons, that the FDA considers to be “medication”. I nearly died years ago from pharmaceutical harm.

You tend to get that way when you face life threatening complications, we have to learn to become our own doctors because they don't feel the pain that we go through they just prescribe you medications and send you own your way. Incredibly in 4.5 years my health has made a 360 degree turnaround, I haven't felt this good since I was in my early 20s.

    • @randomfullywonderful
      @randomfullywonderful 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@HerbalND Oof, 50,000 IU daily? I've heard a doctor recommend 5,000 IU's daily, then if you get the virus, increase to 10,000 IU's. I've got alcohol-related hepatitis, so I'm abstaining from drinking the best I can, and took up to 7,200 mg a day with no ill effects, but I've now reduced it to 4,200 mg, thinking too much of anything isn't a good thing. It's so, so, so disgusting the way the media never ever mentioned vitamin D, zinc, or NAC, instead the FDA tried to ban one of them in the background. The corruption of money from corporations just takes hold of government and media, when the media is supposed to be a check on government, so that's especially disappointing. 😞

    I take 2x 600mg NAC capsules daily - one in the morning as soon as I wake and one immediately before bed, together with a high-strength magnesium supplement, which helps me have a good night's sleep. I've been on this regimen for over a year now and apart from general health (no virus infections whatsoever), my skin is really showing improvement with facial wrinkles slowly disappearing. I also have benign prostate enlargement that comes with age which was affecting me by causing me to wake and urinate two to four times a night. For the past few months, I've been sleeping right through, so I'm guessing there's been some prostate improvement as well. The body's stimulated production of Glutathione through the taking of NAC has so many health benefits. Highly recommended.

I've been buying in bulk for several years and making my own supplements. Then *they* took it off the market. That confirmed to me that I was over the target, so I started buying mass bulk NAC to have on hand for several years ahead. With this combo, along with my usual supplements like magnesium and gabba, I noticed an instant improvement in my mental health! My sister said she hadn't seen me 'glow' like that in years. I felt more myself and happier to wake up in the world. I didn't realize the NAC was part of that equation, I originally thought it was all the DMSO. Thanks for the clear and informative video!

      Often I take my supplements and DMSO while fasting for 24-48 hrs.
      But at minimum I don't eat/drink any artificial sweetners, preservatives or food dyes for 3 hours after since the DMSO opens up the blood-brain barrier and can bring those bad ingredients deeper into tissues than is safe/normal.
      Same with using DMSO topically, I skip ANY cosmetics on the area for at min 3 hours and only wear natural fibers on the area. It clears up my psoriasis 100% for about a week after use. With that I use a 40% DMSO to vit E and olive oil mix. And there's a new study showing that mix could also decrease fat stores being massaged into fatty areas. I just got through a very mild case of Covid, and NAC was part of the protocol that I took that had a huge impact on my quick recovery. I wish that the good Doctor that did this video would have talked about dosing etc; but here is what I know: you take 600 mg. a day on an empty stomach. If you start coming down with a virus, you double to 600 mg twice a day. Btw, it is very easy on the stomach, and I have had absolutely no side-effects. No wonder the FDA wanted to regulate this supplement and require a prescription; its safe, it's cheap and it works!

    I'm a firm believer in NAC as recommended by my naturopath years ago for alleviating allergy symptoms, both food and air borne. My understanding of the FDA "controversy" stems from the fact that it was originally brought to light and studied as a "drug" in the 1960's and has been on their watch list ever since. But recently the FDA released a ruling that, in effect, said they would not enforce any type of regulations about the sale or use of NAC as a supplement. That was when Amazon and others reintroduced it to their stores, where it is now readily available.

    I recently started using NAC & Glycine daily. Many years ago I was diagnosed with both emphysema and bronchiectasis, both severe and progressive lung conditions as you would know. It's only been 2 weeks and I can certainly feel a difference in being able to breath more freely. I'm not sure if it is due to the NAC or Glycine but I plan to continue with both, certainly during the coming winter (I'm in Australia), and as I'm unvaxxed possibly longer as it also seems to have provided added energy, perhaps due to additional oxygen capacity.. Keep up the good work.
