தேவையான பொருட்கள்
சோள மாவு - 1 1/2 கப்
தண்ணீர் - 2 கப்
உப்பு - 1 தேக்கரண்டி (Buy: amzn.to/2vg124l)

செய்முறை
1. கடாயில் தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி அதில் உப்பு சேர்த்து கொதிக்கவிடவும்.
2. பின்பு சோள மாவு சேர்த்து கலந்து தண்ணீர் வற்றியதும் அடுப்பை அணைத்து பிறகு 10 நிமிடம் மூடி வைக்கவும்.
3. அடுத்து மாவை மற்றோரு பாத்திரத்திற்கு மாற்றி நன்கு பிசைந்து சிறு சிறு உருண்டைகளாக உருட்டிக்கொள்ளவும்.
4. சப்பாத்தி கல்லில் மாவை தூவி உருட்டிய மாவை, மாவில் பிரட்டி கல்லில் வைத்து தேய்த்துக்கொள்ளவும்.
5. பின்பு தோசை கல்லை சூடு செய்து அதில் தேய்த்த மாவை போட்டு வேகவிடவும்.
6. ஒரு பக்கம் வெந்ததும் அடுத்த பக்கம் திருப்பி போடவும்.
7. இரண்டு பக்கமும் வெந்ததும் நெய் தடவி சூடாக பரிமாறவும்.
8. சோள ரொட்டி தயார்!
