I like the shots like footsteps in the sand which will soon be swept away by the tide. The slow snail walk brand got me😊.I feel well-being and peace from the nature and also from you,I enjoyed walking among the nikau palms, through the beautiful countryside with you. Many thanks!
Wow, so stunning! I hiked the Heaphy track back in 2014 and loved it, although I had drizzle and rain on the last day from Heaphy Hut to Kohaihai. It was amazing even in the rain, but to see it in such beautiful light with the sun and some fluffy clouds in the sky, just wow! And love the way you've captured it; beautifully filmed!
Would be interesting to see what the track looked like back in 2014! We really wanted to do the whole track, but that just means we have something to look forward to when we return to NZ 😊
Another stunner! Really love and look forward to your videos. Hope you had time to check out the Ōpārara Arch, Moria Gate and Mirror Tarn while you were nearby. Absolutely beautiful part of the mōtū.
Thanks Paul! 😁 We did check out the arches afterwards. They were really cool! Was going to add them at the end of the video, but our footage wasn't the best and the video was already getting a bit long 😅
One of my favourite tramps. Was there in the 90’s. My friends and I found a “secret” cave entrance along that stretch, was well worth an explore. Brought back a lot of great memories, thanks for that.
I bet it was even more beautiful and rugged back then! I'm sure you appreciated it in your own way 😊. Easy to take your own backyard for granted when you're used to it!
Lol Danya looked impatient at the start! Chris all throwin his arms up like “let’s go!” And Danya just lookin straight ahead like “yeah, let’s see if your snail ass can go…”😂😂😂
Nice one! I remembered those trails at Royal National Park in New South Wales. One question, which cameras do you use to film? Amazing job guys, thanks for share this track!
To the hut it's just an overnight hike, you could probably even do it as a day hike but it'd be long. All the huts and campsites have water tanks to fill up from, but you'll also pass lots of streams and waterfalls you can use as well
Thanks Lachlan, really appreciate the support! 😊 We use a Panasonic camera which has really good IBIS which does all the work 😅. It's got a "tripod" mode where it restricts pan movement, so makes those slider movements a lot easier
Heaphy track is one of my favourites. The whole walk is very varied, and finishing with the coast walk is the cherry on top. Unfortunately the sandflies at Heaphy Hut camp site are the worst I've encountered in New Zealand.
All praise the wonderful native Nikau Palm-superb video.
Stunning Video, Stunning Music, Stunning everything.....I love every single millisecond of it. Wish I can give you all more than 1 LIKE....
Thank you so much 😁🙏❤️
Really appreciate the continued support!!
Wow a paradise, you see the sea, the forest with that nature .. 12.55 minutes walk under the palm trees really beautiful .. 😊like31👍
Thanks for watching Miso! 😊
It is such a stunning part of the track. We can only imagine what the rest of it is like.
@@ChrisandDanya Then have a good continuation of your journey 😉💪
One day!
Came here to watch something beautiful, peaceful, and well-done. As always, your video fit the bill. Thank you for sharing.

It's a stunning track! Really wish we could have done the whole thing
Thanks guys, this is my favourite great walk, hopefully you will get to do the whole track when the new bridge is completed. Great video as always :)
We've left NZ now unfortunately 😭
But just gives us something to look forward to when we visit next 😁

Great video you have inspired me to go here
You won't regret it!
Great stuff - lovely vid as usual. Definitely on my "MTB to do list" (Oparara to Aorere Valley).
Would be an awesome track to MTB!

That's is amazing! I can only image what the track must have been like back then 😁
Used to surf in the heaphy round the late seventies , as you have shown here pity i didnt appreciate the beauty arround me

You'd think she'd be used to it by now! 😂
Nice one! I remembered those trails at Royal National Park in New South Wales. One question, which cameras do you use to film?
Amazing job guys, thanks for share this track!
We use a Panasonic GH6 with a few different lenses and a GoPro Hero 10 as a secondary camera
Where you get water to drink and how long dose it take😮😮😮
To the hut it's just an overnight hike, you could probably even do it as a day hike but it'd be long. All the huts and campsites have water tanks to fill up from, but you'll also pass lots of streams and waterfalls you can use as well
Love this track, and the way you’ve documented it. How do you get such smooth slider like shots? Are your hands that steady!?
Thanks Lachlan, really appreciate the support! 😊

Really disappointed we didn't get to do the whole track, it looks stunning! Just means we've got a great one to complete when we come back 😁
Whoops, forgot to say "Great Video". Your cinematography is some of the best on TH-cam. Really gives the feeling of being there.
Thank you Rob, that really means a lot to us 😊!
Sandflies are troublesome but they bring you back to the present moment!😊
Just gotta keep moving! 😅
Being adapted to a shared use cycle track has the effect of a smoother surface and the consequence is sore feet. No thanks.
It's really not that bad and you have the option to do a lot of beach walking if preferred. Definitely recommend the track, it's gorgeous!
