I am a diabetic, who was in the ICU a couple years ago with triglycerides of 2000, no electrolytes in my body, pancreatitis, 1AC at 12, and weighing 269 pounds. The doctors kept asking "why are you not in a coma"? This morning I weighed in at 214. Need to lose 30 more, but feel it's a GREAT start. Triglycerides at 190. 1AC is 5.5. No insulin. No metformin. ALL dietary. Just lately I got stuck at 220 with a hardcore keto diet, and slipped further towards carnivore. Now with this adjustment down further in carbs, I have lost another 6 pounds in a month. All my bloodwork looks GREAT. BP at 128/72. resting heart rate down from 90 to 74. More progress to come.

There’s a MASSIVE over abundance of unnecessary carnivore recipes while the market is desperately lacking meal plans.
It couldn’t be easier to look up carnivore foods, but what people in the diet market are lacking, is motivation.
So just being told what to eat can be extremely helpful getting started.

You will find plenty of bone broth recipes on TH-cam. Use one of those, season and flavor. Sriracha would be nice for example. Then crack an egg or two into a bowl and beat. Add some of the broth in a steady stream to the eggs while beating. This is to temper it so you dont get egg clumps. Then add the whole egg mixture to the rest of the broth. Serve. Some people like the clumps so they just add the beaten eggs to the broth. Add meat to the broth if you wish to have a more substantial soup..

But I did notice my cravings for sugary carbs were completely gone so if u have a serious addiction to sugar, it will definitely help. Plus the foods I could eat on carnivore is just delicious. Thank God for the Carnivore diet! I tried the veggie diet, the KETO diet, and my diabetes only got worse! Now on a %80 Carnivore / %20 veggies/beans, etc. I am doing so much better, and improving as time goes by, and I'm 67 yrs old. But periodic fasting is also important and necessary to restore perfect health! I'v fasted long term several times in my life and it never failed to make huge improvements in my health! It's just fasting takes dedication because you will feel really sick, nauseous, headaches, dizziness, diarrhea, etc. as the toxins and diseased cells are being eliminated from your body! Life was never meant to be painless and easy, and God makes that very plain in the bible!

Isn't it funny that pretty much every fat person that has become fat from eating industrial quantities of sugar and carbs, choses to try reverse their obesity and lose their weight by following another extreme diet! Yeah eating meat is good and important, but not to exclude veg, salad and some low sugar fruits such as lemons. To do so is as mental as the high sugar and carb diet that fatties followed to become fat. I find it totally bizarre. Just cut out sugar and as many carbs as you can. Do eat meat and healthy veg and low sugar fruits as well. Bonkers not to.

Hi - I wanted to share a recipe of something I have been makin'. I'm on an OMAD, carnivore diet with Monday all day fasting! It's a 3 day - "seafood casserole" kind of creation. Consists of a can of Albacore tuna in spring water, a can of sardines - wild caught in water and a vacuum packed large piece of wild caught alaskan salmon (coho or sockeye) from Trader Joes, all cooked on my outside covered grille. I put the salmon on a foil boat out on the covered grille and while its cookin', I make a foil boat platter with about 20" of foil, folded long way in1/2 and then cup up the outer edge (about an inch) to make a boat. After the salmon cooks (about 15 minutes) I scoop it into the mixture. Then scoop in the tuna (after draining water) and the sardines drained (all in a big bowl, smashed up and stirred with a fork) - and stir it up.and break it all up and stir it in. Then I scoop it all into the foil boat and flatten it out and put a couple scoops of beef tallow (fat) on top for oi as well as any salt, spices or any sprinkle you like! Then back in to the grille for about 10 -15 more minutes. But I also make about 6 local free range raw eggs whipped in a bowl and pour it on top and kind of level it out so there is egg on the whole surface. . In 10 minutes, i cut it in 3 with a spatula and I have a 3 day casserole that last me for 3 meals (days)! It only comes to about $5 per day to eat! It's awesome!! (NO FISH TASTE AT ALL!)

It works for me, so I keep doing it. If I get off track a little (lean towards keto) the weight loss stalls. I will have a small amount of heavily buttered brocolli, or some kimchi sometimes. Just started this two days ago. I know, I know…I’m literally brand new to it.
While overall I already feel better (inflammation pain my knees is already almost gone) I do have headaches. Is that carb withdrawals? I’ve never been a sweet tooth but I’ve always been a bread/pasta tooth.

Yeah, headaches and other pains are related to your carb withdrawal. Eventually, they will go away if they haven't already.

@@user-tt4lp8tj3u Thankyou so much for that tip about milk. I usually stop this way of eating because the carnivore/keto flu feelings make me feel so bad. I’ll try again but adding some milk. Thank you!
