Fixing Body Shop Installed Holograms pt 1: Paint prep & decon

My wifes car was involved in a wreck a few months back and the body said they polished the paint so i should be able to just ceramic coat the front of the vehicle again. After inspection that was the furthest from the truth. We were the latest victims of the body installed hologram.
