Hi I am a new subscriber from Canada , my father was a haemophiliac and I was tested and was diagnosed as VON Willebrands Factor 9 and my son was diagnosed as Haemophiliac he has had many close calls . I am interested in reasearching this as I have lots of grandchildren.Thank you so much.🇨🇦🌟👍

Depends on your severity and such. It full bown, I would, personally, advise please do not... perhaps water aerobics, gentle yoga, see a specialist!!! I am not a physician. See a specialist.

As a severe who has broken his arm on a bicycle, I would stress do not do anything crazy while riding.
