Dear Dr. MP M.D. 👍🙏🚑 You are a legend! Stumbled across your channel (thank god) and sighed a long “DOH!” At the same time….A very Homer Simpson moment. Cannot believe I didn’t see it earlier. Anyway, have to prepare for an exam and an interview for a job hematology portfolio. And it felt like I was trying to remember stoichiometry from my chem lecture in the mid 80’s. Anyway, reviewing hematology & especially hemophilia after a looong time is now a snap!! I commend you on your: • lectures, • notes, • tables (please and thank you) • relevant, clinical and real world questions • flow, reiteration, summary and reiteration again…and • your on the fly gags (they’re funny b/c they’re true haha) It all works; coz for some reason it helps retention a lot (well, for me anyway). Love your work, it’s exemplary and a very valuable channel. Thank you again, for your generous, accurate teaching 😇 ☮️🕉
Quick question, excellent video btw! What would be the reason in clinical practice, to suspect and therefore test for, hemophilia B as a result of an inhibitor? I don't even think some hematologists are aware of this cause. I can't help but think of people with the genetics and symptoms, but either a. they are female (and as much as I try to support our healthcare system, I can't help but completely 100% see this all the time;) forget getting anything associated with bleeding taken seriously lol much less hemophilia which "NEVER causes symptoms in females." acc. to a lack of research from the last century. and/or b. they have an inhibitor. I think your videos are very important because most don't know about these things off the top of their head when seeing a patient. Hopefully non-medical professionals can see your videos and are inspired to go into the medical field, because you go into a lot of what isn't talked about in medical textbooks. Which, is important as no human is the same. Thank you!
Kudos for the Video! Apologies for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Taparton Sturdy Nerves Takeover (do a google search)? It is a great one off product for Getting rid of Neuropathy minus the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my GF at very last got astronomical results with it.

so if someone happens to be a girl with hemophilia symptoms and genetics, but is only a carrier (or to be more precise, a "symptomatic carrier,") as in she, despite being a carrier of the abnormal t9 gene, still carries at least one "healthy," x chromosome (cuz ya know, females have 2 x last I checked, maybe i should check my notes /s, ) is that always in the case of chromosome lionization? or could it be that those genes do end up getting expressed for another reason, and therefore the female has hemophilia symptoms while the genes still indicate she is only a carrier? I read about some of the romanoff daughters being "symptomatic carriers," of hemophilia b, I forget which sister especially had the worst symptoms, but it seemed that the gene was a symptomatic experience, in at least one daughter, despite them only being "carriers." Did the tsar also have hemophilia? Because it is said to be passed down from queen victoria's side, (which would be the tsarina,) And does it matter if one parent is hemophilia a and the other is a carrier of hemophila b or c (or vice versa and sideways and backwards lol any combo works for this question) ? Is it specific?
I have hemophilia.I cannot buy These in my own country, and I have never used them.because my family is Not well of.I am going to university, I am successful person,I dont know what to do.
Ofc this is my favourite medical channel 🖤🖤🖤. Thanks for your videos man. It makes the burden to cover 8-10topics in 4 hours a reality.

SORRY, I made a MISTAKE...I said that Turner Syndrome is 43+XO...Actually, it is 44+XO.
The mother would’ve had to been a carrier and the father have hemophilia for a girl to ever have hemophilia this is very rare!

Why can’t the answer of question be vWD? It’s female with low factor VIII activity with hemophiliac symptoms.
Dr... i did not understand what comes in the slide of 9:50 to 10:50 time. Those bunch of viruses i guess !! What is that?
May I know the explanation on reindeer, bells and snow and the associated diseases are referring to the sign and symptoms of haemophilia B?
Ty
THEPLANETEARTH My pleasure 😇
OMG 😭💙💙💙💙💙
Thanx💙💙💙💙🔥🔥🔥
Thank you so much....
My pleasure 😇
Hi! Does VWD 2N subtype also cause low factor VIII?
Yeah I thought so as well
Great ❤
Thank you!
5:18 why conduct all these tests if the only problem is in the intrinsic pathway?
Because you need to rule out other conditions.
Love it thank uuuuu 💪💪🤗🇩🇿
My pleasure 😇
Couldn't "acquired hemophilia" also be one of the correct answers?
Snowman on cxr is TAPVR a congenital heart disease. Great videos sir! You're a blessing!
Snowman on chest xray is total anomalous pulmonary venous return
Excellent
9:04 why is the factor IX lvl normal when there is an inhibitory action happening?
Inhibitors affect the function, not the level.
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis oh I see. Thank you!
ok it was this day I realized that qoute was actually not from master oogway 😂
Total anomalous pulmonary venous return
