Whenever i do this i end up with a soup, cause not enough liquid evaporated - any help?
If you find 2 cups of liquid is too much you could try with 1.5 cups.

I see jalapeño peppers.... but I didn’t see you use them in the recipe did I miss something?
They are just an optional garnish.
