One side of the card has his ingredients for ease of shopping. This saves him issues from eating too much over-the-road foods.
Wow that is really awesome of you. He eats healthy, doesnt have to find places to park his truck and eat and as a bonus every time he makes one of your meals he thinks about how much you care for him.
This is such a neat concept. Thank you for sharing. My husband and I work together and I am in love with my instant pot. I always cooked everything from scratch. This saves sooooo much time. I get to enjoy my family more.

I’m glad you mentioned not using your instant pot and being freaked out by it. I got one in 2018 as a wedding gift (it wasn’t on our registry) and now I’ve only used it as a crock pot. I’m so glad you posted videos about how to easily use it!

I use so many of them in my meal plans. As a health care worker with all the stress we are under with the pandemic I really mean it when I say thank you! Your daughter is beautiful.
I just made the burrito bowl dish. It turned out great! I added a small piece of a canned chipotle pepper for a bit of heat, along with some red, green and yellow peppers. Served it with shredded cheese, taco sauce, sour cream and tortilla chips. Thanks!

Trust me I am still learning my instant pot as well! It’s such a strange kitchen appliance lol! Pasta is a little bit weird in the instant pot I normally add just a little bit more water and cook the pasta a little bit longer so it’s absolutely not crunchy! I hope you’re doing well :-)

Hi Julia, I kinda used the basis of your recipe to make a multi veggie (with chicken broth for added flavour) soup. I added chopped onions, celery, zucchini, eggplant, carrots and broccoli. I added half and half cream for the creaminess, lots of seasonings and some mushed-up overcooked pearl barley instead of the corn starch slurry to make it thicker and healthier. I did it all in the IP and it turned out AWESOME....even I was shocked! LOL! The family loved it....and had no idea how many veggies I stuck in there! The next day I added shredded chicken and that made it even more heartier. Thanks for all your quick recipes. I love watching them and adding my own twist to them. And your Brimley is most adorable 😍🙏🏼💖

I was the same way about using the IP! Your recipes look yummy. Chopping carrots as you did for the broccoli soup so clever. It was like “why didn’t I think of that?”. FYI: I have used frozen broccoli in the soup recipe and comes out great. I recently made a cheesecake, first ever, in IP. Came out perfect-velvety smooth, beautiful. I left mine in the box for a while too and when I finally decided to use it, I LOVED it. Try something easy like a cup of rice to start off. That's what I did and I learned so much just from that and it's cheap if you mess it up!
Rice is a great start to using the instant pot! I do suggest just boiling water in it very first. The first few meals I cooked in my instant pot turned out awful but it just takes time I promise you’ll get it 💜
Bless your heart you sweet girl. Back in the day when I was cooking for my family we had a Presto pressure cooker. Instant Pots were not on the market back them HA! You sure have one beautiful little one there, just adorable.

I was the same way about using the IP! Your recipes look yummy. Chopping carrots as you did for the broccoli soup so clever. It was like “why didn’t I think of that?”. FYI: I have used frozen broccoli in the soup recipe and comes out great. I recently made a cheesecake, first ever, in IP. Came out perfect-velvety smooth, beautiful. I left mine in the box for a while too and when I finally decided to use it, I LOVED it. Try something easy like a cup of rice to start off. That's what I did and I learned so much just from that and it's cheap if you mess it up!
Rice is a great start to using the instant pot! I do suggest just boiling water in it very first. The first few meals I cooked in my instant pot turned out awful but it just takes time I promise you’ll get it 💜

Bless your heart you sweet girl. Back in the day when I was cooking for my family we had a Presto pressure cooker. Instant Pots were not on the market back them HA!
