This is our Eastern people big problem. We always making comparison between the singers and other star's. When Jagjitji says by himself that he can't sing so good as Mehdi sahab than who we are to make these kind of comparisons. I think this is nonsense. Jagjitji made a tribute to the two emortals and that is the only thing what is important.

jaggjit voice is much melodious than any of his contemporaries, yet Mahdi hasan has mastery perfecyion in classical. Jagjit sung for forty years and hundred famous gazals, while mehandi hasan has limited numbers of famous gazals sung by him. It is not matter of pakistan india. we shared common heritage.
