Lookit that Cousin Kenny quiet in the background,, making it all sound so tight and incredible. Always there playing the right notes at the right time ,, This has to be one of the most talented road bands in the world. No fancy gimmicks, no pedals , old skool amps that are tuned to perfection. Only requirement , serious talent and skill.
Harry is one of the all time greats! No matter what he does, he is top notch. If you get a chance, look at a list of all the major artists he has worked with.
What a beautiful heartfelt reading. I’ve loved that album from the first time I heard it. I drifted away from them a bit after Sweetheart. But, something about that album fit perfectly into my wheelhouse at the time and still does. I came to Marty and TFS, a bit late, through a Colbert show appearance and then going to see them the next night at The Bowery Ballroom. What a set! They were on fire. I made up for lost time over the next few years. But I never saw them do this.
Harry Stinson is a "cut" above! And, ALL the time yet. Very many "interests" like he gets; when one watches him! And it doesn't matter, whether he's "drummin, strummin or funnin". On stage or OFF! For, he's the one to love first, fo-SHO! And...may Jesus bless all of Marty Stuart's band. For they are incredibly awesome! And there are NO words; to describe Marty, from his birth. No wonder; Connie Smith loves him to the "nth" degree! Of course, it's versa/vise I'm SHO!

I really love this! And what a great, almost healing, voice Harry Stinson has!
Handsome Harry Stinson. Strong vocalist in his own right.
4 guys with a boatload of talent, a real nice take on that song.
I love seeing videos highlighting each the of the Superlatives. This is special. Ty!❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
They are called the Fabulous Superlatives for a reason.
Hadn't heard this song in ages. Took me back many years to another time.
I was there, what a great evening!

I didn't know the drummer played guitar too! I know he always sings though. Sounds nice! 😊🙏
I just learned this tonight at their show in New Orleans. What a night.
Does Marty have a B-bender in that acoustic? Guess I'd assumed it was an 'electric' thing.
That was a surprise for me, as well. He did have a B-bender on that acoustic, I suppose.
Yes, he does have one.
Yes, I got to see that guitar and Marty’s mandolin after a concert 10/21 in NY state. ❤
