@RCWolfFPV Solid breakdown of the BDI vs. TrueRC antennas! 🔥 The 4 km range performance is impressive on both ends. 👏 And those BDI bunny ears? 😅 Funny-looking but surprisingly practical! Anyway, keep up the great work, man - your reviews are always on point! 👌
The fpv world is soon to be full of bunny ears i suspect! They are really practical, and they remind me of the iflight crystal patches when they are folded on place
That drone battery is huge ❤❤ Those foldable patches look legit. Good to seem them on par with truerc. Didn't realise they could fold like that. Thanks for review
Yep you only look like bugs bunny when you fly fortunately:) they fold nicely and easy to transport! The battery is a 4000mah CHNL, and it was needed, we got some crazy winds and had to return against the wind
Typically, I perform penetration tests to provide a much clearer comparison between two antennas. When flying long distances, the likelihood of errors increases significantly.
The only way to do this accurately is use a waypoint route in iNav or Ardupilot. Even then there could be some variability based on the O3 changing things dynamically. You didnt mentioned setting static manual channel.
Whats your impression? which one do you think worked better? Are you a fan of the foldable bunny ears?:)
Thanks for the comparison, it was very helpful! ✌👏
Thanks for bearing with me in the freezing cold!:)

@@RCWolfFPV Looks more like a stag beetle to me :)

Yep thats planned as well

First of all, wrong, there are other patch antennas released for the G2. TrueRc also markes a linear antenna called the Biquad. The are fantastic.
As i mentioned i wanted a real life comparison. I dont fly inav nor ardupilot therefore that is not real-life to me. And yes, it was set to ch3
Feel free to let me know about any other patch antennas, im not aware of any
