Hi! Yes. The time to complete shown on the machine will be longer than actual time. Its because the complete wash cycle is dependent on several inputs like water pressure to fill, heating, load of the clothes etc. And hence the time ticks slowly to adjust as per the progress. I bought same Machine with 7 kg capacity,don't use stand to avoid vibration,it's very good machine and clothes get try almost 60-70 Percent, vibration is less as compared to other brands

As far as I can see. You’ve loaded the whole machine with your clothes and there’s seems not enough room for the clothes to get mixed and cleaned. Don’t you think overloading the machine with huge sim will effect the results since the clothes doesn’t have enough space to rinse properly. It’s just occurred to my mind.

Advice : 1:27 don't put top load detergent liquid in front load as shown in video please use front load liquid detergent otherwise washing machine may be damaged😌 Top load detergent produces more lather and so leaves more residue behind, thus your clothes may not be effectively washed if you use top load detergent for front load washers Excessive suds from a top-load detergent used in a front-load machine can leave a residue that impacts the machine's functionality.

Hello Sir, I have bought the same LG washing machine for 3 years so far. Yesterday my wife, put the selecting knob on " mixed" which is supossed to take 1.23 hours to complete the washing cycle It started doing its job but as there is yet 39 minutes left, it did not continue any more If you can Sir, please tell me what is the problem might be. Hello Sir, The wash time may vary as per the load of clothes. Regarding the machine stopping with 39 mins left, could it be due to no water in the overhead tank? Or if the inlet hose filter is clogged with dirt, water may not fill in, and it may stop during rinse cycle due to no water. Perhaps if it showed any error code when it was stopped, you can check the manual for error code. I cant think of any other factors that could have caused the stoppage. Hi there! You can try these measures. Dont use stand, as it will not keep the machine stable. Keep the machine on the floor and also make sure it is levelled properly. One doubt. Can i wash comforter in this machine. I dumped my king size comfortable inside my LG washing machine. It occupied full space of the drum. The went on washing more than 2 hours and showed an error code. I had to hard stop my machine. Is comforters cant be used in washing machines ?
Hey there! I dont have comforter to try. But I have put pillows (synthetic...not cotton), fleece blankets, woolen rug. It worked and washed fine. If you put soaked items into the machine, it will run forever as the time is dependent on the initial weight of the clothes as soon as its loaded. Hence, if i put soaked clothes, I put the 1 hr wash in downloaded program and it usually completes in less than 60 to 90 minutes. Not sure of your error or the long running of the program. Hi there! Looks like you are waiting for the Amazon sale! My experience so far has been good with the product. No issues so far. Washes good. No vibrations or machine movements or loud noises. Been a year or little more than that I guess. But, I have seen many complaining about vibration and noise problems in the machine. I really don't know what is the cause or extent of vibration and noise and if that was normal or abnormal, as I haven't seen it in person. It could be real flaw or it could be an installation issue. If you see the reviews of any machine(any brand), you will see few customers complaining of problems and few happy with the machine. So you many want to take a call on buying the machine based on your comfort🙂. I can only help by sharing my honest and unbiased experience using the product. I have lost track of the latest models in other brands. I would recommend that you visit few local dealer and get to know the features and new models in person. You are using wrong detergent already,its surfexcel top load detergent it produce lot of suds and unable to rinse properly in this machine,use surfexcel front load liquid (purple bottle)
Hey! Thanks for the info. After reading articles on the internet I understood that, for front loading washing machine, we need to use high efficiency low suds formula detergent. Hi there! No, I haven't had any problems with water temperature. I usually put cotton program, and the temperature it selects by default for this program is 40 degree Celsius. I have once increased the temperature, and did verify that it was indeed heating as i could feel the heat by touching the drum door. Perhaps something wrong with your heating mechanism in the machine? Thank you for watching!

Hi there! Thanks for your kind words! I think there are 2 ways. First one is to put the machine to spin and catch the water from the drain pipe. It can put in only spin mode by powering ON the machine, press the Spin option on touch panel and the start button. Second way (i have never tried this), is you can try to drain water from the front drain filter compartment. It is located on the front side of the machine (right bottom side). Open the lid and there will be a small pipe with a cork or stopper attached to the end of the pipe. On removing the stopper, water should free flow out of the machine. No need to power on the machine. Make sure you have switched off the machine if you attempt to try this. Water may spill out, so watch out for that! Hope this helps!! Thanks for watching

Yes! Its automatic. Filled by tap and pipe at the back of the machine. Drain is also similar. At the back, there is a drain pipe. You can either connect it to the sink drain chamber or also put the open end of the pipe into the sink. I have left the pipe open in the bathroom, so it drains it out there.
Not manually. We need to connect a pipe provided at the back of the machine to the tap. Water automatically fills into the drum when the machine starts.
The technician didn't recommend. Hence I have kept it without stand. It could shake or wobble during spin as it may be not levelled or unstable. Overtime lot of dust and garbage gets collected beneath and it may be difficult to clean it. I vacuum beneath as much as I can reach.
Nope. Unfortunately We can't set any timer. You can try the 1 hr wash program available in the downloaded program. (using app). This program will usually finish the wash in 1 hour. It almost resembles the cotton program cycle.
Run a Mix cycle with Time Save option without cloths then pause and press add cloth, open door, put cloths (within 4 or 14 minutes before machine get off depends on model), close door and press play/pause button, now the time will be shorter.
I don't think it would have done any damage. Even i was using it for couple of days initially. Just start using the powder or liquid for front load. It should be fine.

Hey there! We cant change the time of washing. Yes, sometimes it shows too much time for completing the wash. During such time I just switch off the power and select the 1 hr wash, in the downloaded program. The wash and rinse sequence as well as the spin and temperature settings resemble the cotton program on this 1 hr wash program. Washes fine as well. Do give it a try and see! If water pressure is slow, then the washing completion time will be high. But as per my knowledge, low pressure should not deteriorate the wash quality. Perhaps, if you have not descaled your machine, then you can try descaling.
Very well explained..nice video.. I bought same model recently. I'm facing lot of white lint on my clothes and the colour fades off in two three washes.. There is a white kind of residue on clothes after wash.. especially t-shirts and soft type cloths.. using cotton mode and liquid detergent only.. do u face this kind of issue?
Hi there! It could be because of hard water or usage of too much detergent or overloading clothes. I haven't had this problem anytime. Perhaps you may want to check the hardness of your water once.

Sir, I have not used any stand to keep the washing machine. Its kept directly on the floor. Also, you need to ensure the surface is flat. Usually utility area is sloped towards the chamber for water to drain. This slope will make the washing machine foot legs to not touch the ground and this will induce vibration as it would not be stable. Pls ensure you give some padding to the legs if there is a gap or you can use a spanner to turn the bolts of legs to make it touch the floor. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching 👍🙏😀

Hi there!! Thanks 😊. Hope you/service engineer removed the mounting bolts, that are attached to the drum. These are attached, to ensure drum does not move during shipping. They need to be removed before using the machine. If this is taken care, then 2nd cause could be due to the use of stand for the washing machine. Its recommended not to use any stand as it will make the machine unstable during spin. (I guess you might not be using the stand as well). Hope you are not overloading the machine too much. I cant think of any other reason for vibration. Could be some other fault in the machine otherwise..Thanks for watching!
Mine too. It'sso noisy and it vibrates a lor. I removed the bolts. I also don't have anything underneath it. I tried to fix the legs numeorus times and i don't overload it. The drum it vibrates so much it's driving me insane😔
Yes. Its spin dry. Dries about 70 to 80%. After that Need to sundry clothes or in shade. For 100% drying I use IFB clothes dryer. I have made a separate video on that. Please check it out. Thanks for watching!!

Hi there!! Thank you. Its been a little more than 2 years, since I bought this machine. So far so good. I did not see any problems so far. The vibrations and performance has been the same as before. I still have not yet done tub cleaning/descaling. I need to do it before anything goes wrong :). I think repair costs should be reasonable. I have got my microwave repaired last week from LG. Switch problem in the door. They only charged labor fee for around Rs.350, as nothing was replaced. Parts differ in prices, so difficult to comment if its expensive or cheap. Honestly, I have not explored much in terms of options, after I bought my machine. So, I am not sure of the latest models, and how good they are. Perhaps, you could check out other brand review videos in terms of the features and performance. I mainly went for this because of the direct drive. I also saw a demo in the stores. Washing is dead silent. I had IFB Senator also in my mind, before buying this. But, I just went with LG as I got good deal, and also I liked the direct drive and the Wi-Fi connectivity features. Honestly, the Wi-Fi feature is not not really worth. I dont use it. Just for notification of the wash completion on mobile is good., so that you can go and take out the clothes. With LG, they have extended service/warranty contracts, beyond 2 years, for additional 3 years, for a price. Also, for senior citizens the extended warranty contract price is even lower. Not sure if they have these contracts even today. You can check with them when the guy comes for installation. I have heard from other viewers complaining of lots of vibrations and sound, and machine moving sideways as well. But, I dont have any problem in my machine. Its rock solid in its place. Expected levels of vibration and sound during spin, not too much. Hope this helps.

There are 2 steam wash programs called 'Baby Steam Care' and '.Allergy Care' . I have not tried either of these. Will give it a try sometime. However, As per manual, Baby Steam care - it removes solid and protein stains, provides better rinse performance. Suited for lightly soiled baby wear. Allergy Care removes allergens from clothes, such as house mites, pollen and cat fur. This is suited for fabrics such as cotton, undergarments, pillow covers, bedsheets and baby wear. Hi there!! Sometimes it does show these kind of timings. It usually happens when we put wet clothes for wash, and as a result when it weighs initially, it calculates longer time, thinking there is more clothes. During such times, I turn off the machine, and then select the download program, and select the 1 hour wash, (Downloaded to the machine from the LG SmartThinQ app. This wash program usually completes in 50 to 70 mins most of the time, and has the same options of cotton cycle (ex: spin speed, hotness of water, etc). Hi there!! Machine vibration may occur due to many reasons. It could be a fault in the machine also. Please do check these things. Dont use any stand for the washing machine, as it wont be stable. It needs to be kept on a flat surface and the surface should be even and leveled. The machine's legs can also be leveled, if the surface is not even due to floor tiles. Load the clothes one by one, and dont dump all clothes at once. And not to overload the machine with too many clothes. Please check if the above things help reduce the vibrations. I had same issue with washing machine changing positions after wash.. I have a stand for the machine, and later placed a rubber non slip mat below the stand. Now it is stable.
Hello Sir. It will be 3 years in Aug 2021. So far, no issues. Have not given any problem. Not serviced also in these 3 years. I think, i will need to do a de-scaling once before its too late 🙄. I have heard from many people that it vibrates a lot during spin cycle. But at least, my machine is not having that problem. I can say that for sure. It has the same vibration intensity as shown in the demo video even today. I have not used stand. Have kept it directly on the floor. I use liquid detergent for wash. Sometimes, it shows very high completion time for wash, example 3hr 30 mins. During such cases, i put it for 1 hour wash cycle in the downloaded programs, and it finishes in 1 to 1.15 hours max. It could be. I have had similar problem but it was due to imbalance. I had put a pillow inside and a bedsheet. The bedsheet being heavy was sitting on pillow. As weight was not evenly distributed, the rinse cycle never ended. I had to remove one of them and resume the rinse. Hope this helps!
Hi bro.. I am not using stand. The installation guy told not to use as it will not be stable and might cause vibration. You can try levelling the stand if it is not levelled properly. If still vibration, then try removing stand and see. Make sure the ground is even.. no slope etc. And the machine stand on all the legs without any gap between floor and leg.
Its pretty heavy to lift. I am not using any stool beneath. The guy who came in for installation told me not to use any stand, as it may not be stable when kept and may cause the machine to vibrate more. Not using a stool or stand means difficult to clean beneath 😑.

Hi, I see that in your video from 5.37 to 5.55, the washing machine is making noise during the rinse cycle as well as during spin cycle. Is this normal? Or an issue ? Hi!! I believe, that is normal sound. Infact, my earlier washing machine used to move slowly around 3 inches. This does not even move a millimeter. Even today, it is performing the same way, shown in the video. During wash, it is dead silent. Only during the spin you can hear the motor spinning and the vibration sound. The drain pump also operates during spin, to pump the water out of the machine. Hence, that sound also gets added. Thanks for watching 🙂👍
The best way to avoid unnecessary slippage is to use double side tape below the rubber pads (if you don't intend to screw them in floor, which is not recommended). I have the same issue of machine moving due to vibrations. It helped a lot.
While washing the machine takes 2 hrs of time and at middle of the process it starts vibrating and also moves from one side to another side in absence of the stand does it move
LG/Bosch companies instruction is Not to use Stand or Trollies for their Washing Machines. Please remove the Stand and use it and please tell me if it still moves. Since I am thinking to purchase this model and many people complained that it moves during rinsing and spinning. It worries me.
I dont use any stand. For me it has been rock solid and stable. Has not even moved a cm. Yep! Do try removing the stand and see if the issue gets resolved!

Yes. Even i get that some time. I usually get it if i add already soaked clothes. Since it has water content already, during the initially weighing process, (before the wash starts) , it considers the load to be high and estimates higher time for completion. Hence if i have to put soaked clothes, i put the 1hr wash (downloaded) program. This completes the wash in 60 to 70 mins. Hey there! It has spin drying feature. Dries about 80 %bi guess. Rest you need to sun dry or dry them in an external hot air dryer machine. I paid around Rs.38k more than a year ago. Now it might be cheaper. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching 😊

Yes. There is a download program called 1 hr wash. You need to download this using mobile app on to your machine and select that program. It usually washes in 59 mins. Sometimes, if the load is on the higher side, it can go upto 1.5 hrs.
I loaded my washing machine with 6 jeans and 2shirts and it show the washing time of 4 hr and 13 min. Isn't it taking too much time. Also the setting in on cotton Plllzzz reply...what wrong in the setting?
If you have loaded soaked clothes, when you start the machine, due to the weight of soaked water, it will weight more and the wash time will go beyond 3 hrs. In such cases I choose the 1hr wash in downloaded program. (This program is almost same as cotton). In this program, it somehow finishes in 1 to 1.5 hrs. You can try this. Power on the machine. Then press and hold for 3 to 5 seconds, both spin and temp buttons on the touch panel. Hi there! I usually use the cotton program. However I think vibration may be due to many reasons. If the load is too much or if you have not levelled the machine properly, it may cause vibrations. Its running fine. So far no problems. No vibrations. Working same as shown in the demo video. Noise levels are ok. During washing its very silent. During spin it has some sound. But its expected and is as same as any other washing machine sound.

Hi! Yes, you got it right 🙂. Faucet needs to be turned on while the machine is in operation, so that it can taken in water for all the cycles (wash, rinse, or multiple rinses). A valve inside the machine closes off when the required amount of water is taken in.
Wash cycle uses detergent to wash clothes. Rinse cycle removes the detergent in clothes by rinsing. One rinse may not be sufficient to remove all the detergent. Hence 2 to 3 cycles of rinse may be required.
Hi! There is an option called "Pre-wash" that allows loads to be pre-treated prior to actual wash cycle. This may add some time to the overall time of the cycle, as it may perform a short wash, rinse and drain cycle. The detergent dispenser has a compartment to add detergent for a pre-wash setting. There is another option called 'Delay End", which actually starts the wash cycle after a certain period of time. For this option, I am not sure, if the machine will draw water and soak it during the delayed time, or it just waits for the delay time to get over and then fill in water. I have not tried both these options yet on my machine yet, and got the above info from user manual and LG website. Hope this helps!! Patha nahi bhai. Ab tak earthing ka kuch issue nahi hai ghar mein. Shock kabhi bhee laga nahi ab tak. Earthing ka teek karalo. Kyonki heating coil hai, machine kw andar. Safety rahega.
Hi there! Water is added via a hose pipe, connected to a tap. Hose pipe attaches at the back of the machine (top portion) . Water draining is also via a drain outlet pipe, at the back. A drain pump, pumps water out thru the pipe. The end of the drain pipe can be let into a sink or into the bathroom chamber. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 👍🙂

Hi! Yes. The time to complete shown on the machine will be longer than actual time. Its because the complete wash cycle is dependent on several inputs like water pressure to fill, heating, load of the clothes etc. And hence the time ticks slowly to adjust as per the progress. As far as I can see. You’ve loaded the whole machine with your clothes and there’s seems not enough room for the clothes to get mixed and cleaned. Don’t you think overloading the machine with huge sim will effect the results since the clothes doesn’t have enough space to rinse properly. It’s just occurred to my mind.
Hey there! That was a good observation. Yes, I think i loaded more clothes into the machine. Perhaps a little less would have been good, as it gives some room inside the drum for the clothes to tumble and wash properly.

Advice : 1:27 don't put top load detergent liquid in front load as shown in video please use front load liquid detergent otherwise washing machine may be damaged😌
Top load detergent produces more lather and so leaves more residue behind, thus your clothes may not be effectively washed if you use top load detergent for front load washers
Excessive suds from a top-load detergent used in a front-load machine can leave a residue that impacts the machine's functionality.

Hello Sir, I have bought the same LG washing machine for 3 years so far. Yesterday my wife, put the selecting knob on " mixed" which is supossed to take 1.23 hours to complete the washing cycle It started doing its job but as there is yet 39 minutes left, it did not continue any more If you can Sir, please tell me what is the problem might be. Hello Sir, The wash time may vary as per the load of clothes. Regarding the machine stopping with 39 mins left, could it be due to no water in the overhead tank? Or if the inlet hose filter is clogged with dirt, water may not fill in, and it may stop during rinse cycle due to no water. Perhaps if it showed any error code when it was stopped, you can check the manual for error code. I cant think of any other factors that could have caused the stoppage. Hi there! You can try these measures. Dont use stand, as it will not keep the machine stable. Keep the machine on the floor and also make sure it is levelled properly. Next, when you load the clothes, put the clothes one by one and make sure its distributed evenly. And we should not overload the machine with too much of heavy or too many clothes. Hope this helps 😊. One doubt. Can i wash comforter in this machine. I dumped my king size comfortable inside my LG washing machine. It occupied full space of the drum. The went on washing more than 2 hours and showed an error code. I had to hard stop my machine. Is comforters cant be used in washing machines ?
Hey there! I dont have comforter to try. But I have put pillows (synthetic...not cotton), fleece blankets, woolen rug. It worked and washed fine. If you put soaked items into the machine, it will run forever as the time is dependent on the initial weight of the clothes as soon as its loaded. Hence, if i put soaked clothes, I put the 1 hr wash in downloaded program and it usually completes in less than 60 to 90 minutes.
Not sure of your error or the long running of the program. Hope this helps!

Hi there! Looks like you are waiting for the Amazon sale! My experience so far has been good with the product. No issues so far. Washes good. No vibrations or machine movements or loud noises. Been a year or little more than that I guess. But, I have seen many complaining about vibration and noise problems in the machine. I really don't know what is the cause or extent of vibration and noise and if that was normal or abnormal, as I haven't seen it in person. It could be real flaw or it could be an installation issue. If you see the reviews of any machine(any brand), you will see few customers complaining of problems and few happy with the machine. So you many want to take a call on buying the machine based on your comfort🙂. I can only help by sharing my honest and unbiased experience using the product. I have lost track of the latest models in other brands. I would recommend that you visit few local dealer and get to know the features and new models in person. You are using wrong detergent already,its surfexcel top load detergent it produce lot of suds and unable to rinse properly in this machine,use surfexcel front load liquid (purple bottle)

Hi there! No, I haven't had any problems with water temperature. I usually put cotton program, and the temperature it selects by default for this program is 40 degree Celsius. I have once increased the temperature, and did verify that it was indeed heating as i could feel the heat by touching the drum door. Hi there! Thanks for your kind words! I think there are 2 ways. First one is to put the machine to spin and catch the water from the drain pipe. It can put in only spin mode by powering ON the machine, press the Spin option on touch panel and the start button.
Second way (i have never tried this), is you can try to drain water from the front drain filter compartment. It is located on the front side of the machine (right bottom side). Open the lid and there will be a small pipe with a cork or stopper attached to the end of the pipe. On removing the stopper, water should free flow out of the machine. No need to power on the machine. Make sure you have switched off the machine if you attempt to try this. Water may spill out, so watch out for that!

Yes! Its automatic. Filled by tap and pipe at the back of the machine. Drain is also similar. At the back, there is a drain pipe. You can either connect it to the sink drain chamber or also put the open end of the pipe into the sink. I have left the pipe open in the bathroom, so it drains it out there.

Not manually. We need to connect a pipe provided at the back of the machine to the tap. Water automatically fills into the drum when the machine starts.

Just wanted to check can we keep this on a stand ...will it effect its performance
The technician didn't recommend. Hence I have kept it without stand. It could shake or wobble during spin as it may be not levelled or unstable. Overtime lot of dust and garbage gets collected beneath and it may be difficult to clean it. I vacuum beneath as much as I can reach.

Nope. Unfortunately We can't set any timer. You can try the 1 hr wash program available in the downloaded program. (using app). This program will usually finish the wash in 1 hour. It almost resembles the cotton program cycle.

Run a Mix cycle with Time Save option without cloths then pause and press add cloth, open door, put cloths (within 4 or 14 minutes before machine get off depends on model), close door and press play/pause button, now the time will be shorter.

Hey there! We cant change the time of washing. Yes, sometimes it shows too much time for completing the wash. During such time I just switch off the power and select the 1 hr wash, in the downloaded program. The wash and rinse sequence as well as the spin and temperature settings resemble the cotton program on this 1 hr wash program. Washes fine as well. Do give it a try and see! If water pressure is slow, then the washing completion time will be high. But as per my knowledge, low pressure should not deteriorate the wash quality.
Perhaps, if you have not descaled your machine, then you can try descaling.

Hi there! It could be because of hard water or usage of too much detergent or overloading clothes. I haven't had this problem anytime. Perhaps you may want to check the hardness of your water once.

Sir, I have not used any stand to keep the washing machine. Its kept directly on the floor. Also, you need to ensure the surface is flat. Usually utility area is sloped towards the chamber for water to drain. This slope will make the washing machine foot legs to not touch the ground and this will induce vibration as it would not be stable. Pls ensure you give some padding to the legs if there is a gap or you can use a spanner to turn the bolts of legs to make it touch the floor. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching 👍🙏😀

Hi there!! Thanks 😊. Hope you/service engineer removed the mounting bolts, that are attached to the drum. These are attached, to ensure drum does not move during shipping. They need to be removed before using the machine. If this is taken care, then 2nd cause could be due to the use of stand for the washing machine. Its recommended not to use any stand as it will make the machine unstable during spin. (I guess you might not be using the stand as well). Hope you are not overloading the machine too much. I cant think of any other reason for vibration. Could be some other fault in the machine otherwise..Thanks for watching!
Mine too. It'sso noisy and it vibrates a lor. I removed the bolts. I also don't have anything underneath it. I tried to fix the legs numeorus times and i don't overload it. The drum it vibrates so much it's driving me insane😔

Yes. Its spin dry. Dries about 70 to 80%. After that Need to sundry clothes or in shade. For 100% drying I use IFB clothes dryer. I have made a separate video on that. Please check it out. Thanks for watching!!

Hi there!! Thank you. Its been a little more than 2 years, since I bought this machine. So far so good. I did not see any problems so far. The vibrations and performance has been the same as before. I still have not yet done tub cleaning/descaling. I need to do it before anything goes wrong :). I think repair costs should be reasonable. I have got my microwave repaired last week from LG. Switch problem in the door. They only charged labor fee for around Rs.350, as nothing was replaced. Parts differ in prices, so difficult to comment if its expensive or cheap. Honestly, I have not explored much in terms of options, after I bought my machine. So, I am not sure of the latest models, and how good they are. Perhaps, you could check out other brand review videos in terms of the features and performance.
I mainly went for this because of the direct drive. I also saw a demo in the stores. Washing is dead silent. I had IFB Senator also in my mind, before buying this. But, I just went with LG as I got good deal, and also I liked the direct drive and the Wi-Fi connectivity features. Honestly, the Wi-Fi feature is not not really worth. I dont use it. Just for notification of the wash completion on mobile is good., so that you can go and take out the clothes. With LG, they have extended service/warranty contracts, beyond 2 years, for additional 3 years, for a price. Also, for senior citizens the extended warranty contract price is even lower. Not sure if they have these contracts even today. You can check with them when the guy comes for installation. I have heard from other viewers complaining of lots of vibrations and sound, and machine moving sideways as well. But, I dont have any problem in my machine. Its rock solid in its place. Expected levels of vibration and sound during spin, not too much. Hope this helps.

What is the use of steam option in washing machine. What is the power consumption per wash?
There are 2 steam wash programs called 'Baby Steam Care' and '.Allergy Care' . I have not tried either of these. Will give it a try sometime. However, As per manual, Baby Steam care - it removes solid and protein stains, provides better rinse performance. Suited for lightly soiled baby wear.
Allergy Care removes allergens from clothes, such as house mites, pollen and cat fur. This is suited for fabrics such as cotton, undergarments, pillow covers, bedsheets and baby wear. Hope this helps!! Thanks for watching :)

Hi there!! Sometimes it does show these kind of timings. It usually happens when we put wet clothes for wash, and as a result when it weighs initially, it calculates longer time, thinking there is more clothes. During such times, I turn off the machine, and then select the download program, and select the 1 hour wash, (Downloaded to the machine from the LG SmartThinQ app. This wash program usually completes in 50 to 70 mins most of the time, and has the same options of cotton cycle (ex: spin speed, hotness of water, etc). Hi there!! Machine vibration may occur due to many reasons. It could be a fault in the machine also. Please do check these things.
Dont use any stand for the washing machine, as it wont be stable. It needs to be kept on a flat surface and the surface should be even and leveled. The machine's legs can also be leveled, if the surface is not even due to floor tiles. Load the clothes one by one, and dont dump all clothes at once. Hello Sir. It will be 3 years in Aug 2021. So far, no issues. Have not given any problem. Not serviced also in these 3 years. I think, i will need to do a de-scaling once before its too late 🙄. I have heard from many people that it vibrates a lot during spin cycle. But at least, my machine is not having that problem. I can say that for sure. It has the same vibration intensity as shown in the demo video even today. I have not used stand. Have kept it directly on the floor. I use liquid detergent for wash.
Sometimes, it shows very high completion time for wash, example 3hr 30 mins. During such cases, i put it for 1 hour wash cycle in the downloaded programs, and it finishes in 1 to 1.15 hours max. Hope this helps!! Thanks for watching!!

It could be. I have had similar problem but it was due to imbalance. I had put a pillow inside and a bedsheet. The bedsheet being heavy was sitting on pillow. As weight was not evenly distributed, the rinse cycle never ended. I had to remove one of them and resume the rinse. Hope this helps!

Hi bro.. I am not using stand. The installation guy told not to use as it will not be stable and might cause vibration.
You can try levelling the stand if it is not levelled properly. If still vibration, then try removing stand and see. Make sure the ground is even.. no slope etc. And the machine stand on all the legs without any gap between floor and leg.
Is it must to place the machine on the floor? I mean, can we place a 6/7inches high stool under it?

Its pretty heavy to lift. I am not using any stool beneath. The guy who came in for installation told me not to use any stand, as it may not be stable when kept and may cause the machine to vibrate more. Not using a stool or stand means difficult to clean beneath 😑.

Why gentle mode? Use the cotton + dry it might take an hour or more but it’s way better
Try the 1 hour wash in download cycles. It completes in 50mins to 1 hr most of the times, and I felt the wash quality also good.

I see that in your video from 5.37 to 5.55, the washing machine is making noise during the rinse cycle as well as during spin cycle. Is this normal? Or an issue ?

Hi!! I believe, that is normal sound. Infact, my earlier washing machine used to move slowly around 3 inches. This does not even move a millimeter.
Even today, it is performing the same way, shown in the video. During wash, it is dead silent. Only during the spin you can hear the motor spinning and the vibration sound. The drain pump also operates during spin, to pump the water out of the machine. Hence, that sound also gets added. Thanks for watching 🙂👍

The best way to avoid unnecessary slippage is to use double side tape below the rubber pads (if you don't intend to screw them in floor, which is not recommended). I have the same issue of machine moving due to vibrations. It helped a lot.
While washing the machine takes 2 hrs of time and at middle of the process it starts vibrating and also moves from one side to another side in absence of the stand does it move
LG/Bosch companies instruction is Not to use Stand or Trollies for their Washing Machines.
Please remove the Stand and use it and please tell me if it still moves.
Since I am thinking to purchase this model and many people complained that it moves during rinsing and spinning.

I dont use any stand. For me it has been rock solid and stable. Has not even moved a cm. Yep! Do try removing the stand and see if the issue gets resolved!

When I use this machine it gives me 2hr 57 minutes time it's it correct timing some time it gives 1h 33min
Yes. Even i get that some time. I usually get it if i add already soaked clothes. Since it has water content already, during the initially weighing process, (before the wash starts) , it considers the load to be high and estimates higher time for completion.
Hence if i have to put soaked clothes, i put the 1hr wash (downloaded) program. This completes the wash in 60 to 70 mins. And this washes same as cotton program (same spin speed, hotness of water etc). Hope this helps! Thanks for watching 🙂

Hey there! It has spin drying feature. Dries about 80 %bi guess. Rest you need to sun dry or dry them in an external hot air dryer machine. I paid around Rs.38k more than a year ago. Now it might be cheaper. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching 😊

Use a non slip rubber mat below your stand. It helped me.
I want a full wash done within1 hour. Can rthis machine do this and what is the setting needed?
Yes. There is a download program called 1 hr wash. You need to download this using mobile app on to your machine and select that program. It usually washes in 59 mins. Sometimes, if the load is on the higher side, it can go upto 1.5 hrs.
I loaded my washing machine with 6 jeans and 2shirts and it show the washing time of 4 hr and 13 min.

If you have loaded soaked clothes, when you start the machine, due to the weight of soaked water, it will weight more and the wash time will go beyond 3 hrs. In such cases I choose the 1hr wash in downloaded program. (This program is almost same as cotton). In this program, it somehow finishes in 1 to 1.5 hrs. @@nirupmarani8935 oh.. 😐. Not sure. My machine usually shows around 1.5 hrs always for cotton. Default settings. No additions of extra rinse or temp.. Shows less than 2 hrs for heavy loads. Sorry.. I don't have any idea what might be the reason.

You can try this. Power on the machine. Then press and hold for 3 to 5 seconds, both spin and temp buttons on the touch panel. Hi there! I usually use the cotton program. However I think vibration may be due to many reasons. If the load is too much or if you have not levelled the machine properly, it may cause vibrations. Its running fine. So far no problems. No vibrations. Working same as shown in the demo video. Noise levels are ok. During washing its very silent. During spin it has some sound. But its expected and is as same as any other washing machine sound.

Yes, we can turn on only spin feature. Press Power button on the machine, press the spin button on the touch panel. Press repeatedly to select the spin speed. Once spin speed is selected, press the start button. It will initiate only spin cycle. Hope this helps!

I dont use fabric softener. But here is what I found from an article. It could be due to this that it wont work in duvet mode. "Do not use any fabric softener as this prevents the duvet from drying properly"

Hi! Yes, you got it right 🙂. Faucet needs to be turned on while the machine is in operation, so that it can taken in water for all the cycles (wash, rinse, or multiple rinses). A valve inside the machine closes off when the required amount of water is taken in.

first time learning about an automatic washing machine. Why 1 wash cycle and 3 rinse cycles?
Wash cycle uses detergent to wash clothes. Rinse cycle removes the detergent in clothes by rinsing. One rinse may not be sufficient to remove all the detergent. Hence 2 to 3 cycles of rinse may be required.
is it still working without problem until now?
Yes. We use it 3 times in a week. And its been running same as before. No change. Haven't got it serviced anytime.

Can I soak clothes in machine before starting any program??
Hi! There is an option called "Pre-wash" that allows loads to be pre-treated prior to actual wash cycle. This may add some time to the overall time of the cycle, as it may perform a short wash, rinse and drain cycle. The detergent dispenser has a compartment to add detergent for a pre-wash setting. There is another option called 'Delay End", which actually starts the wash cycle after a certain period of time. For this option, I am not sure, if the machine will draw water and soak it during the delayed time, or it just waits for the delay time to get over and then fill in water. I have not tried both these options yet on my machine yet, and got the above info from user manual and LG website. Hope this helps!! How did you add water and how does it remove water. Very important for me because I plan keeping mine in my room.
Hi there! Water is added via a hose pipe, connected to a tap. Hose pipe attaches at the back of the machine (top portion) . Water draining is also via a drain outlet pipe, at the back. A drain pump, pumps water out thru the pipe. The end of the drain pipe can be let into a sink or into the bathroom chamber. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 👍🙂
