      This is the only flavor of ice cream that I enjoy. I've been buying a keto version of coffee ice cream that is very tasty, but is almost $6.00 a pint, ugh! I will definitely be trying this.

      I have tried your chocolate and strawberry ice creams but for some reason this turned out creamier and better than any of the other flavors. Delicious

      We have been paying $5.25 to $6.00 per pint for keto friendly ice cream. Tried this last night with the coffee, and it is GREAT. This will be my wifes flavor, and I am going to try the chocolate. Thanks a lot. How many carbs in the entire batch? Thanks again.

    I made the ice cream last night. I was so excited to see the consistency that I tried it at 6am. Amazing, the spoon went in like butter.... this will be my new recipe. No more $6 per pint ice cream for me. Thank you!!!

    GREAT recipe! Thanks, Joe!
    My one change is I use a hand mixer instead of shaking the jar. I whip it as if to make whipped cream. But with the ice cream I stop once soft peaks form, so it's actually easier than making whipped cream! The Allulose indeed makes it scoop-able!

    This is a very underrated youtube channel. Your recipes are great! And I also love that you use precise measurements. I prepared this icecream 5 hours ago (using cocoa and coffe) and I now Ican say the result was AMAZING

    loved this recipe! I bought allulose under your recs. This is the best coffee ice cream I've ever had. So creamy and flavorful. I used 1/3 cup allulose which turned out a bit too sweet for me, so I'll put less next time. I also added some cocoa powder for the extra favor. It remained creamy after three days. thanks so much for sharing it!

    Using allulose for the sweetener makes all the difference in the texture of this ice cream -- it's soooooo creamy, it's unbelievable! And the flavor, wow! I am making this (AGAIN!) for Super Bowl Sunday, and my husband & I are really looking forward to it. Thanks, Joe!

    I'm so happy that now I can make my own keto ice cream. Bought all ingredients today. One thing about the Swerve, and hardening...I decided to try that aspect of it to freeze ice creamsicles. Oh, fun! Thank you!

    Joe, I made this and it was amazing. I used one cup of heavy cream, less than 1/3 cup of allulose, one teaspoon of coffee, some vanilla bean paste and a bit of salt. I used a stick blender to mix everything. I place a teaspoon of this next to the scones I learned from you. I love it 😋😍

    I made this and it was amazing. I left it in freezer over night. Let it thaw for 5 mins and omg!! So nice and smooth. Yum!!

    I used swerve but only froze two hours in smaller dishes. Yummy. I used a electric mixer too. It tasted yummy.

    I’ve used allulose in my ice cream base for quite a while and have only had one time when it totally solidified, but that was the only time I didn’t do a two to one ratio of HWC to almond milk.

      Veronica Knapp yeah I did a lot of tasty trial and error in search of a keto ice cream recipe that doesn’t produce rock hard keto cream. I made a blueberry cheesecake one that stayed scoop able throughout the entire month i had it in the freezer.... it was only in there that long for testing the shelf life and softness. I wanted to eat it all in a few sittings 😂😂😂

    Sooo, can we put it in an ice cream maker? Another thing I found, is to put a tablespoon (for a while ice cream maker full) of the liquid coconut oil and it keeps it ready to scoop directly from the freezer.

    This is amazing creamy ice cream! I can finally eat ice cream again🥰🥰🥰 super easy and makes the perfect amount for me. One scope is so filling and satisfying! Now to try the other flavors butter pecan, chocolate & strawberry ❤️❤️

    OMG!!! I only used to have coffee ice creams. Your ice cream is literally better than Enlightened Coffee and KETO Coffee ice creams. Not sure if I can only have 1 scoop at a time though. Thank you!!! ☕️🍦

    I do not have the sweetener that you recommend, so I will put mct oil in mine! Maybe that will help it to stay more creamy!

    Ingredients
    1. 1 cup (240 ml) Heavy whipping cream
    2. 50 grams Alluose / swerve (but more sweet)
    3. 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
    4. 2 grams of coffee
    Shake shake shake then Put in the freezer (about 4-5 hours) DONE ☑️

    I'm trying this... except I'm doing like 3/4 cup cream and 1/4 cup almond milk. Guess I'll see how it goes.

    Any advice on why the ice cream becomes so icy and hard to scoop? Yes it's fine after several hours as you did, but if you want to have it after days, it becomes really hard and icy. Even if you defrost it, you will see water and cream separated which is really gross in taste.

    I have found that Allulose does TOO good of a job of this with full heavy cream. I have begun cutting my heavy cream with a nut milk to make it more of a half n half. But yes for ice cream and pies(pecan) Al.lulose is number !

    I EFnnnnnnn LoVE THIS RECIPE. The Allulose is the boom boom. I’ve made tons of Keto ice creams. Finally! A legit creamy ice cream. I was fine with letting my Swerve Keto thaw, but now I’m going to Disneyland.

    Holy crap. The sweetener thing is no joke. I don't have allulose, but I do have Erythritol and low patience. So I made the ice cream today with it. I froze it for 7hrs instead of 4-5, thinking it wouldn't be a big deal, but now I have frozen block of coffee flavored deliciousness. Won't be making this mistake again.

    Seems there is no way to buy allulose in the UK, unless it’s called differently. But can I use erythritol instead? I’m trying keto for 3 weeks now and ice cream Was hard to give up. Need to make this ASAP
