Philodo H8 w/ NEW M5 DISPLAY. Parameter settings, still no Speedometer/Odometer. No power to motors

I have installed, per your suggestion, a new
M5 display on my Philodo H8. All of the parameters have been correctly set, and there still is no Speedometer / Odometer reading. Also, there is no power sent to either motor. This bike has a 2 year warranty that I would like to be excercised. Please send correct parts to repair this problem.
