Yes 40 Minutes of jumping is long and not manageable for everybody as you need lots of lower body conditioning. Take your time and train smart cause this means you get to turn up tomorrow.

No it's not when compared to a beaded rope as you have to use your upper body to rotate it however doing any jumping is better than none. You are here and moving your body which is the most important part. Keep up the great work

Yes Basic Bounce is great for conditioning and one that I use often in the Beginner Style no Intermediate and Advanced version here hehe! I am all about mastering the basics ✌️ Thanks for the support

Is using wireless Jump Rope the same? I am not able to use the tradicional Jump rope, Is Always a mess for me so i bought the wireless ones
