Good to see you on bud. That WW2 looking gorgeous. I'm planning a trip to smokey mountain knife works soon hopefully, if not then the first of the year. Any locals or folks nearby we should come up with a meet n greet and snag some zippo from SMKW. EDIT: I'll be coming from south eastern Kentucky
@@comradetman3784 It's been a couple years since my last trip, during the Rod Run I went to. But I love the zippo collections, I miss the old war Era surplus and old Civil War items they used to stock. But it's still a favorite stop to make when I going through Sevierville. Depending on timing we may be able to catch up down there.
According to an article written in the early 1960s, girls at the clinic throw away old inserts and install a new one whenever a Zippo arrives at the Clinic.
Let me know what you guys think ! Also I modified the zippo insert to her in order to make the cam Spring more firm

That’s why I like the 41 rep so much, may not have a real WW2 one but I’m at least packing one close as can be to it.
There a great zippo to have if you can find a good price on a real ww2 one but if not the black crackle 1941 replica is the next best to it
Sweet WWII Zippo. Waiting to find a good deal on one myself. Hope your move goes good bud.
