My pick tends to rotate after a couple of mins.. any suggestions for that? I use jazz 3 max grip and I pick as hard as I can.. should the grip be like.. choking the pick?
Hmmm... Are you experiencing any stiffness on your picking hand? You don't need to play as hard as you can, instead you could try to play as gently as possible. It sounds like you might need to slow things down and focus more on having 100% control on your playing. That might mean super slow tempos.
