  • Just wanted to help others who thought it was a nightmare to replace HID lamps from your Ford Explorers (similar models 2011-2019) after watching tutorials or mechanics who wanted to rip you off. You do not need to take your front bumper and the grill out to replace a light bulb. I took a good look at my vehicle and saw direct access to the HID headlight itself. How hard it can be when you can see the bulb within your reach right. So there you go. Enjoy and save some extra bucks for yourself 🙂

Mine also. 2014 and I have the T 10 screws. If we had the one like his we wouldn’t have to take the whole bumper off.

The one I have has the screws in it and are not twist out like your light bulb. I wonder if they would just twist back in if I had that green piece.
