Everything you want in a 1990's HONDA!

Picked up this Honda Harmony 2013 Lawn Tractor for free off the side of the road. It did not crank or start, steering was locked up, it was dirty and broken and did not appear to be worth saving.. or was it??

Man if you wanna come over to the poconos and take a crack at this old Bolens ride on I’ve got dumped in my back yard, I’m sure it could be revived. I haven’t poked at it much but I know it’s gonna need tired and a seat, haven’t looked at the mechanicals and it’s missing the mower deck. Might make a nice toy to get the mail with.

So I have had my Honda harmony for 26 years and I am having starter problems. I bought a new starter four years ago in anticipation. Now I am thinking after watching your video might need new solenoid.
I also have a brand new transmission still in the box 😂

Mine has Governor issues. It won't start in choke mode without manually pushing forward the front governor thing. For a while I thought it was a starter issue but it's not. There's another video on TH-cam showing how to push it forward manually.
