Thanks hiker! Good to hear from you again. I have had that little box around here for years and never paid much attention to it so I figured it needed a little love. Best to you, Bill.
Super nice job Bill. I too like things that come in little metal boxes, so nostalgic and cool, especially that Crown Logo Craftsman. You did it right by painting the logo and preserving the quick facts guide. Also great job on the wood box repair and cleanup of the bits.
Thank you David! I have sort of a 'library' in the garage of tool manuals, etc. that I keep in protective plastic cases. I'm going to put that little book in with those rather than back in the router bit box so it should have a better chance of surviving longer. Appreciate the comment, Bill.
Very nice Mr. Bill! that's a couple of good looking bit cases and it's so much easier to just grab one you need and put it back when the case is nice like that. Great job and enjoyed the video as always.
Nice job on box it looks good plus I like the repair you did. I also have a bit holder like the one in the small box. I have had them for years I think my box was plastic and was Craftsman. Ill check later im to lazy to go down there right now.
Thanks Greg! What you see is about the 4th attempt. My old hands are not steady enough to do it with a brush so I devised a sort of 'stamp pad' to apply the paint, then touched up with a tiny brush. I sure appreciate the view and comment! Best to you, Bill.
A lot of patience, a lot of skill. Nice video.
Thanks beerdrinker! Great to hear from you again, Bill.

Thanks Melinda, glad you liked the video!
They look great Mr Bill. I like organized boxes too. It just makes the shop look a lot better
Thank you Ivan! My space could be described as organized clutter. 😁
I have most of that Craftsman set still someplace from 1980 something! Great work as usual!
