The material is cast aluminum. American scrolls design with full background relief. This part will be chrome plated per customer's request. Hopefully, I'll be able to see pictures after the chrome.

Hi Denny, Quick question. I have a fair amount of experience engraving knives and some jewelry, but I've never tackled automotive/motorcycle engraving. I have a buddy that wants me to cut a points cover for his Sportster, and I'm worried my Lindsay Bench Jewel isn't going to be powerful enough for those deep cuts. Are you using a more powerful hand piece or are you using what you would normally use for your knives and jewelry?
