I almost never comment on TH-cam, but i have to say it’s an awsome project. I might build it myself.

Amazing work! What solenoid do you have in that handpeice? I just downloaded the latest files from GitHub and can’t wait to get started!

That's an special solenoid from KatWay that I made my own handpiece. The handpiece from the Katway was not working at all, not even on their own machine.
But it is possible to do it with the ITS-LZ-1335-D-6VDC at around 11V, the rings made were made with the 12V of the ITS-LZ-1642-D-12VDC solenoid at 19V (a bit bigger than the 1335), the same result can be obtained by having this 6V solenoid at 9-11V (I am testing this handpiece with this configuration right now). The perfect one should be around 17 OHms of resistance at 18V of power and be compact enough to fit on a confortable handpiece. I have not found a supplier that would send me a single unit at an accessible price (which is the idea, I have the condition to pay but I want it to be accessible to everyone) of the following solenoids that would be great: Dongguan Sifan SFO-3520S-01, GEEPLUS 170H 31AWG (even the smallest one 133L) and the AO1313S-8.5, these are for usage of 18-20V. If you have the possibility of using a higher voltage, there are other ones that will suffice. Hope this helps you.
