    Did this workout today minus the last superset due to my legs being completely fried, focusing my entire routine on the negative makes a massive difference compared to adding a few negative sets within a workout.

    Sir, In my personal Point of view, you are 1 of the most underrated Fitness TH-camrs out there. As a physical therapist it makes me very happy to actually see some muscular dude whos has a clean technique and who is not shying away of exercises like the Hip Abduction

    Love your workouts, specifically your leg sessions. Probably get the best tips from you with these! I have a tip for you though. With your leg curl keep your lower back from arching. You should find it m pore challenging this way, and it's safer on your lower back. Specially since you have an anterior pelvic tilt it would be a good idea to give it a try. Wouldn't want a low back injury, so you should do corrective excersises to correct your pelvic tilt. I ended up with spondylolisthesis and wish I didn't wait until my injury to correct this issue for myself. It was mainly because of the force on my lower back during squats that would have done it. Now I'm forced to be aware of my lower back all the time. I'm not saying I think that will happen to you, it's just something to think about and be aware of.

      This is VERY similar to how i always train legs... twice weekly in the past years! Now i train then once a week

    Please tell me about breathing technique while squatting and how many times a week should I workout legs to gain faster.

      rahul kangleicha 2 is minimum but really 3. If you want muscles to grow you have to work them. Heavy on legs once a week other 2 days mid heavy with light warm up also you can mix one of those days with upper a slight upper body. So if you in the gym 5 days legs should be 2 6 days legs get a least 2.5 or 3

      I find it beneficial for protection on my knees it doesnt really assist much except if you use straps. The ones i use are Rehbrand

    Why is the weights increasing with sets? Does it mean the earlier sets are merely warm-up sets? Why not start with the heaviest weight sets at the start?
