I'm fairly certain it's the same woman who did the voice work for Observer as well, which would be really rad because then you could read Basin of Vows as a kind of spiritual sequel to Observer

Every time the tempo picks up and ends on the line "to everyone I've ever hurt, I'm fucking sorry", that entire section- and especially that last line, they absolutely crush me. I adore this album a year later and will for many years.
