It has been such a long but rewarding journey to get where I am now but I would not change any of it. I really hope those of you also getting results are happy and if it didn't go as expected, just know that grades have nothing to do with you as a person and you should be proud of yourself regardless. Do you not have year 12 exams? I have just got my a level results for my year 12. We split them in my sixth form so that we don’t have to do 8 exams in one year.
@happyhopping7562 My exam body also splits the two years! I did just get my Year 12 results, but they weren't great (understatement) so I'll be rewriting them in another exam series :)
wooo well done !! i also got into my firm (sheffield!!) and was happy with my grades even though they were lower than usual ( all my friends had the same thing :(( ). i got AAC and an A in my epq :)

@@Jeta_ honestly, I surprised myself. I’ve ALWAYS been an essay person, but I actually found that I’ve really enjoyed the modules where you write lab reports/research projects the most!! The course is pretty diverse in terms of the types of assessments they give (especially in 1st year), and they offer really good support to help you get to grips with how to do university-level reports/essays/presentations etc P.S A word of warning (because I know a lot of ppl in my year who would’ve liked to have a heads up) - they start the assessments pretty quickly once first term starts and they can feel quite ‘rapid fire’. But just take them as they come and remember that first year doesn’t count towards the degree and is a huge learning curve!!

I am about to start A-levels and just wanted to ask for some advice, I just wanted to know whether you liked A-level English Literature, how it was and whether you recommend it? I also wanted to ask what future courses does English help with as I also enjoy economics and maths?
I got EEU but i aint worry bro. Did ok gcse 4 c grades and 5 D grades so 4 good pass in en glish and maths. Got in still to East London uni and it lookz wicked man. A levems dont mean note bro. Gunna do law and be top criminal lawyer. As long as u get into uni is all that matters. Dont worry about snobs and elite schools talk about fancy Russell group universities. Degree is degree.

@@dzung1969 i dont think it is, i know it is… it has one of the highest unemployment rates as a course, e.g alot of the graduates cant even find a job in the field.
You don’t necessarily have to go into the field that you studied. It’s the skills that you gained. I know several psychology graduates who are chartered accountants, investment bankers, Human Resources etc. So don’t knock it please
