Damn, you covered everything I could have wanted and more. You even talked actual pricing... and no one seems to want to do that. I just picked this up and watched a lot of reviews.... this was my favorite. By the way, it might still be on B&H for $2,650 if anyone reads this and cares.

A slight correction: One of the DDR5 Memory advantages is: Dual Channel on a Single Stick.
So, no, it would be better if it had one 32GB stick and a free slot.

Thank you. I purchased one of those at a bargain, just a few weeks ago. I have no statistics, but if there is aby future for the PC Gaming industry, I think it lies with laptop gaming. Yes, your standard home built desktop will always be ahead and more upgradeable, but not exactly very much cheaper. A desktop RTX 4090 card is still at $2000 which isn't too far from a complete gaming laptop like this. No you cannot compare with the top performance, but the laptop version actually trades blows with last gen. 3090, and add to that what you get in total, plus the neatness and portability. It is my prediction that traditional desktop builds will become a more niche market, trading blows with consoles, while gaming laptops will increase the market share, just for what they are. There have been huge advances since the bulky DTR days, and while a Gaming laptop isn't exactly slim as a Macbook, it is just one generation behind the desktop counterpart, and these days they even look and feel slim and neat enough.

To be fair, it's going to vary widely depending on how you use it. Lots of reviews on this laptop out there. Jharods tech is really thorough and I think he has hard numbers for battery life.
