This video is a masterpiece in so many aspects for aviation fans. The perfectly chosen music fits beautifully with the stunning landscapes. The engine start scene, where the sound of the engine is recorded so purely. A chocolate fountain for the ears. The checklist overlays and instrument shots. The breathtaking footage from various perspectives. These wonderful rustic runways in the middle of paradise. I envy you, but I truly appreciate it and want to thank you for sharing these amazing glimpses into your lived dream with us. Always happy landings!
Another incredible video. The footage you capture is on another level. Best Aviation channel on TH-cam. Nice flying and thank you for taking us along 🤙🫡
Incredible skill, stunning scenery and beautifully produced. Very rarely does a YT subscription make me genuinely excited to sit down and watch it ASAP like your stuff. This one was a another level.
Really appreciate your message! I put hundreds of hours and years of collecting footage to come up with these videos. Means a lot reading this! Cheers!
Thank you Maverick! Means a lot to me reading such feedback. I put hundreds of hours and years of collecting footage to come up with these videos. Cheers!
Another awesome Video Bro. The camera shot on your feet and pedal gives us a glimpse of the great design of the rudder control system. The music goes so well with scenery and thanks for taking your time to set up the cameras and pain taking editing the Video to make it looks just like Heaven. God Bless You.
Indeed, it is really beautiful I get goosebumps from the beauty of the landscape. It is more than 3000 km from where I live. I can only dream to travel to West Papua
You certainly keep on improving your videos! In any case, they've always been gorgeous, authentic and stunning and I love all of them. The landscapes remind me a lot those in the Andean parts of my native country, Colombia, where I used to fly as an orthopaedic surgeon (and aviation lover) with a Medic Air Patrol in the late 90s. Keep your good work! Warm regards from the also beautiful Montreal (Canada).
Thank you @alresbest! Appreciate your feedback and sharing your story. Indeed these mountainscapes are stunning, likely similar to Colombia and its lush jungles. Cheers from Papua!
Wow what a Landscape to fly. I learned to love Papua for Bush Flying in MSFS2020 and now in the new Sim its even better. Now in my Holidays i have to watch all your Videos for sure for inspiration. Because i will never be able to Pilot a real Pilatus there ;( Nice Video so far and enjoy your Pilots Life there.
Thanks for following along! I appreciate your comment. In these kind of runways a stabilised approach is a must, if one wishes to keep the odds of a successful landing in our favour 😁. Cheers!
you are a lucky guy having a job with the feeling of freedom that flying can give in such a beautiful place and delivering much needed supplies to appreciative people AND filming it for all to share with you . many thanks .
F***** Great Video w/ the PILATUS - Take Care and FLY SAFE ! ... // I Fly in Sweden The NORTH Parts in WINTER TIME w/ NARROWS STRIP, for like 15 years , and IF I had known this I go there but nobody told me this, like 25 years ago ... /// McRoman .... " From HIGH to LOW - LOOK OUT BELOW"
Thank you for the comment! My plan B would be using the EPL(emergency power) if my engine rolled back. Other than that, I'd be looking for a place to put her down and survive to tell the story.
I have sooooo many questions: why do they live there? They choose it or is an ancestral thing? How many time it took you to master the Pilatus and the runaways there?
These ppl have been living in these isolated areas for thousands of years. They started opening runways after WW2. It took between 2 to 3 years and thousands of hours to perfect the skill to land in these runways, successfully 😝
As always, it's beauty and emotion... However, you're touching my feelings a little :-)... absolutely ok... I'm not going to comment on your art of flying anymore, it's clear... But what interested me "the most" are two shadows at approx. 0:44 :-)
Thank you so much for the message! means a lot to me! I do feel emotional too, reading such comments. I put hundreds of hours and years of collecting footage to come up with these videos. Great observing! After watching the footage for the first time I thought is was pretty cool😝 Cheers!!

Thank you 🙏
I didn't know how to land a plane in MSFS 2024. But when I watched videos of pilots doing it, I started to get the hang of it.
Bro that's great 👍 I'm from India 🇮🇳
An amazing video thank you for posting, the terrain ahead on take off looks challenging, do you have a plan B in case of engine failure on take off?
Thank you for the comment! My plan B would be using the EPL(emergency power) if my engine rolled back. Other than that, I'd be looking for a place to put her down and survive to tell the story.
Magnificent scenery. Magnificent flying! How often do you fly into there?
Thank you for the comment! We go here fairly often (loading dependant)
