This video was done very nicely! You clearly committed to the topic/theme, and it didn't feel forced or fake. I've seen "if you want to be miserable, do x/y/z" videos before, and so far this is the best one on a whole other level. I also appreciate that the advice was not generic/repetitive, unlike most videos with this topic/theme.
This video hits hard! Prioritizing work over everything else can seem like the right path, but it's a surefire way to miss out on what truly matters. The reminder that "earning money isn't as fulfilling as being present for your family" really struck a chord with me. 😢 Work-life balance is crucial!

Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac.

Some of this advice is great for someone who has found comfort or live in an environment of abundance/privilege. For the rest of us, who leave in less than ideal circumstances, we have to work extra hard just to get by and more if we want to live comfortably. I'd rather die knowing I eliminated my family's generational poverty than the memories of spending time with friends. The rest is good advice though.
Maybe the hard work is what we need to stay grounded and be humble and not corrupt our minds/spirit, and by "ending generational poverty" we actually create more harm than good in the long run. - "Hard times create strong men. I think the hardest part is even if I work hard, it’s hard to actually have fun outside of work because I feel like I need to work harder because I’m competing with people who are even better, smarter, and work harder than me…. Like, my feeling of satisfaction comes from progress, and until then I feel like I shouldn’t do anything else.
