Installed the WIDEST possible tyre to my Surron

Fitted a 100/100/17 tyre on the surron, and man it rips. Full disclosure I had to dish the wheel a whole heap and trim 3mm of the knobs on the chain side, but it works.
The total diameter of the 17 compared to the 19 is very close and gives the bike a better level feel to it.

This triangle looks to be the biggest one on the market that will fit your OEM suspension.

I just offest the wheel and trimmed 3mm off the knobs on the chain side

You could also use a jackshaft spacer to move the chain away. I just didn't want my chain any closer to the swing arm

That motor sounds silky compared to mine.... why is that? Got mine 2 months ago.

What do you mean silky? I am running a 219 primary chain as well

@@danburgez disregard. you are riding the light bee which i also have. That's the difference. My light bee motor sounds a lot quieter than my Ultra Bee's motor. Anyway, nice bike man.
