I just offest the wheel and trimmed 3mm off the knobs on the chain side

You could also use a jackshaft spacer to move the chain away. I just didn't want my chain any closer to the swing arm

In stock form it was registered as a motorcycle, which means I can ride at an unrestricted speed with a motorcycle licence. It is heavily modified now tho. I've had no trouble from the police

The swing arm makes a massive difference

Yeah all just plugs in, controller swap is easy. Lower tooth sprocket will give you a better top speed 48T but you'll lose a bit off the bottom end. Should be the same as a stock LBX 70kph

I don't think it will work, as the lbx controller is 60v and the lbs is 48v. You could just buy a lbx battery at the same time and you'll have a 6kw bike

You can buy a bac4000 it works with the lbs

I haven't tested distance yet on road, but settings and sprocket size will a part in how far you can go.

@@lucagonzalez1755 I contacted the distributor and they mentioned this feature is no longer available on the 2024 Surron. Apparently it has regen but completely controlled by the controller

I just plugged that switch in, and it worked. You might have to swap a couple of wires around tho

Hey mate, I got these mirrors from Aliexpress. My bars are the moto style that are thicker bar ends, so I can't put the mirrors in the end, but no problem clamping to them

Are you in Australia? You can't ride on side walks here and mine is registered as a motorcycle so I'm not restricted to speed

Gearing doesn't really matter offroad it's only to "try" to have a more accurate speedo on road

You can't, no on/off or high beam. You can buy a switch from Aliexpress which is plug and play then you can turn them on and off

Nah no other display, once you upgrade to an aftermarket controller the display is almost useless anyway. I have just removed mine see how it goes

I fabricated the tidy tail, but it didn't end up work as it still would hit the rear wheel. I just posted a short where you can see the tail light set up now

I got this L1e from FB Marketplace

The X9000 V2 controller is definitely the one to go with, and Torp is a good second choice. Best to get a battery at the same time tho as there is only so much you can pull from the stock batteries unless you bypass them. The tidy tail didn't end up working, I now have my plate mounted under the seat similar to the LBX surron plate running an Aliexpress tail light and indicators all in one. I just take the plate off when I go offroad

Hey mate, I posted a short where you can see what tail light im running. My number plate just bolts to that, I've made it so I can remove it quickly offroad

It was loud AF, found the problem, bent jackshaft which prob damaged the bearings and primary chain was dry and way too tight. All sorted now tho and sounding a lot better 🤙

​@@danburgezOne thing I hate about my Surron is that jackshaft.. I have 3 but went through 2 of them. I've upgraded the bearing in shaft and swing arm.. Might try the roller bearings here soon..Grrr.. My 3rd one is from(( technicq-emx )) I haven't installed that one yet.. but its a 3 pc CNC jackshaft with a grease nipple installed on it.. Was viewing your bike cause I'm in the market on buying a supermoto set.. just not keen on spending 1k for a set just yet.. Luna has a 16 moto set for $550.. or a 17 for like $440.. I haven't rode mine in like 10 months 😢. Some idiot decided to hit my a$$ last yr.. busted my left shoulder up pretty good.. I prolly won't be able to lift my arm up to hold the handle bars till next year.. Its all good tho.. I'll just buy parts until then 😉. Nice bike tho😀

Nah they are the same size 70/100/19 would love to try the new Tusk tyre at 80/100/19. New motor is a lot smoother no complaints what so ever. I haven't got the race battery yet but it is coming, I just need to sell my battery first

Thanks for watching 🤙 as to hub strength, I would say they're pretty strong. I don't see many people have any problems with that part it would all depend on your landings and distance jumping. If you plan on really sending it I would upgrade the rims just to be safe
